They don’t disclose the full amount you have to pay if you book through third party. You have to pay for additional $50 per night on top of what’s shown in the booking sites. I would have stayed in a much better, nicer hotel with the same total price I payed. Definitely not happy!

I've been here several times now. I adore the minimal yet fun decor in the rooms. During my most recent stay we ordered room service from the restaurant El Jefe. The tacos and corn were outstanding! The pool area is the true star of this resort though. The pool is huge and is heated to the perfect temperature for an evening dip. There's 2 hot tubs and cool music playing here. This area also features some hammocks and yoga classes. I will be back here the next time I'm in California. Thanks Saguaro for a wonderful experience!Food & drinks: Try the Mexican restaurant El Jefe! Excellent tacos!

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed. Clean up-to-date bathroom. Cons: Thin walls with no soundproofing. Carpets, room furniture, and paint all need a major refresh.Nearby activities: Highly recommend the drag show brunch that is held onsite.

Unfortunately a huge roach was in our shower and now we won’t be able to sleep.. we can do old and we can do outdated but we can not do roaches.. we will never return to this hotel because it will always be where we found the huge roach in our shower.

Customer service wasn't the best, specifically at the front desk. Seemed like an inconvenience to the staff if we asked for assistance. One example was asking for pool towels since none were available at the pool as advised to us. The staff member assured us towels were there but never bothered to come out and actually check or bring us any. Pro: Hotel is great for photo ops if that's your thing.

I stayed at the hotel, booked through Expedia. It mentioned when I booked that the resort fee was included. Upon arrival, they took a deposit as per usual protocol. After I checked out, they charged an additional $100 from my deposit for the resort fee that they "forgot" to charge. They did not send me any email to confirm the charge or call me to inform me of this. I would avoid this place at all costs.

It was a most fabulous time. The show was off the chain funny and entertaining, the Divas were all 10's, Aaron of guest services/photographer was excellent. Aaron made Us feel so comfortable and welcomed, he even got Us drinks as we were so excited to be there for the event, we arrived an hour early. We were not disappointed, the food, atmosphere, show, all excellent. Will suggest this event to as many friends and aquaintances as possible!!! ???????????????

TLDR; -stay here if you have a dog bigger than 20ish lbs with you -stay here if you are in palm springs for a good time NOT a long time -stay here if you don't care about a LUXURY experience, just a place to lay your head at night Alright, you gotta have an open mind and come here knowing what you're going to get. At one of the lowest price points to stay in a prime area, this is no luxury stay okay? Plus, it's where a massive summer pool party festival happens, I wouldn't invest in expensive furniture for a party hotel capital either. This place gets 4 stars from me because they excelled for the reasons I decided to stay here. context: we only needed a one night stay because we came there for BOOZEHOUNDS for our dog's birthday. Our dog is a German Shepherd. this place is a bang for your buck for a SHORT STAY. Especially if you're traveling with a dog. It's dog-friendly. You just pay an extra free. it was clean for us, didn't feel dirty. we didn't shower here though lol we were just cautious of other reviews PLUS the sink got clogged and would swell up with water that took several minutes to drain.... but not a good sign to shower. lol we definitely inspected the beds before sleeping in them - they were clean though. the other reviews are right, this place is like an old motel that just got painted pretty colors. they provide slippers for you to wear around under the sink- a few reviews called the floors questionable and we agree with them! we wouldn't walk around barefoot. this gets 4 stars because we personally didn't have any issues and had a great weekend while staying there. the people in the front desk were really nice. there was a drag brunch happening all mornings of the weekend we were there, looked fun!! overall, we would stay again for a short weekend getaway.

I booked i think on Expedia. They were clear about a separate resort fee that gets paid once you're there and after you book. Check in was at 4pm so I inquired about early check in. They emailed back they would try to accommodate and charge a $30 early check in fee. Me and my 3 year old arrived early without response to the early check in request itself but we wanted to see about at least dropping off our luggage. The front desk girl was nice enough to not only check us in early but I requested to switch rooms because I really wanted a pink or purple room and on Expedia it showed pink, purple or yellow and I really didn't feel well in the yellow room. LOL. The pink room we switched to had a nicer view of the mountains surrounding the hotel and the pool. After Claudio helped us with our luggage from our vehicle to our room, me and my son went down to eat lunch. Their daytime/morning menu is completely different type of cuisine from their afternoon one which I grieved a little because the morning one looked better but we went down and got nachos and a wedge salad at El Jefe. The service was okay. We had a couple different waiters and I stressed to them about how we wanted to chill, eat and drink but also really wanted to go dancing at the drag queen show before it ended at 4:30pm. We paid our bill and danced a little on the patio that connected to the drag queen show. After a few minutes for some reason an employee felt the need to shut the doors on us with the show still going. I didn't feel that was very nice because I was enjoying my time and my kid wanted to see the queens. Feeling shut off, I went to the bar to make my way around to the inside of the drag show?! and told one of the bar servers I needed one more drink and we would finish watching the show after (the show was not in El Jefe but an entirely separate unseen room.) At this point I got angry because the server did not take our drink order but in fact ignored me and didn't tell the bartender or anyone about my drink order and actually also deflected any responsibility at all. It was really weird, bad service on the man bun servers part. We completely missed the drag queen show because of staff ignoring us and shutting us out. The show is something I was truly excited for and wanted to enjoy. I continued to order drinks from Bryan the bartender and take them to the jacuzzi with my son. The whole vibe kinda died after we were shut off from that show and then caused to miss the last part of it. Came back to our room about 10pm and then super noisy, partying neighbors with loud music and talking and laughing came in doing this till maybe 12am. I had to call front desk several times and he told me they were short staffed but would do what they can and not charge me the resort fee upon checkout. I appreciated the gesture but for a Saturday night and not having proper staff and very thin walls and noisy guests I had to suffer and wait a long time to finally sleep. Checkout is 12pm so we will see when I leave how things go but at least it's not early check out. Oh also we were told pool towels were at the pool. When we got to the pool there were zero towels and also a bunch of other guests were wondering where the pool towels were. I had to make several trips to get the pool situation handled besides going inside to order drinks. Also after finally finding the remote to control the ac unit, the temperature wouldn't adjust no matter what I did and front desk didn't know how to use it. My kid was already sleeping and they didnt have extra blankets in the room so I just had to hope he wouldn't be too cold at night. Kendall was awesome helping us get our luggage down to the car. He was patient while my toddler was emotional as I got him dressed and we got down to the vehicle. Security was awesome in this sense and a couple of the drag queens were really friendly and my son loved them. But those couple employees did taint the experience for us because my time is valuable and I don't like being shut off or ignored.Rooms: Rooms
