I get a lot of packages, mostly from Amazon. So I was really disappointed at what UPS did to me. I downloaded the UPS app and signed up for delivery updates. Todays package required a signature. The morning delivery updates said the package would be delivered between 11am-3pm. So I ran out to the store. I was on my way home, less than a block from home and got a message at 10:26, “sorry we missed you”. ?

They will not answer the phone! They have my package and expect me to drive 30min from Indio to Palm Springs to pick it up. They delivered on a holiday weekend when no one was home; signature required. Won't even deliver to a closer location. Oh that would be nice but you can't even ask because no one will speak you.

you really have to make sure your employees are doing their job!!!!my status said the delivery was attempted 2 days ago at 1:10pm i was literally in the living room i never heard the door bell or a knock! so i got a message that i had to pick up the package at the center really bad service i could say the gentleman in thecustomer center was very polite!

3 times in a row the driver leaves my packages at the house across the street, when my address is correct other packages. Worst delivery service ever.

This place has the laziest workers ever. My package was not delivered because of the "wrong address" but I made sure everything was typed in correctly and I have never had this issue with another courier. The driver was just too lazy to look for my house. Lazy service, this facility deserves absolutely no stars at all.

This location loves to lie about attempting deliveries. Now because they wanted an early Friday, I have to wait until Monday to pick up a time sensitive package that should have been delivered today. Called customer support who said this dispatch center would call within an hour. They did not call. This is not the first time they lied about attempting to deliver. I was home and also have cameras.

Worked as seasonal PVD and loves it. Many people complain about management but my experience has been super positive. Everyone has a nice and helpful attitude.

Ironically I work for Amazon, Drive for Amazon and buy from Amazon... But I have to use UPS to return items to Amazon. So on my way to work, in my uniform, I stop at UPS to do a return.... The associate at the counter was awesome, fast, and helpful. UPS is great! Definitely recommend. ?

The driver came to my door and did not knock. Just left a note.I shouldn’t have to camp outside my front door to catch the driver. There’s no option to pick up from UPS without paying a fee now. Is it really that difficult to knock once?This service is the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

This place needs better delivery drivers!!!! I am literally home right next to the front door. I was expecting my package to be delivered and when I checked the status it had said a first attempt was made. Not one time did I hear a knock on the door nor the front gate door open. I stayed home all day just to wait for this package and I tried to get a hold of customer care because I needed this delivered today! The driver left a note right on my front door but didn’t seem to care to knock or attempt to delivery!

The worst managed UPS HUB in my experience managed by Randy Rucker.Drivers drop packages into swimming pools, don't ring doorbells when arriving for a pickup, nightmarish. Last night, 16 Mar 2018, driver attempts dumping a shipping label for a return but I spot him on my video. I yell at him as he's about to drive off. 10 pm! He wisecracks back at me. It gets worse over time. They can't keep personnel. Must be hellish.Update: Scheduled pickup 1/16/19. Driver arrives 7:26 pm, drops return label on wet ground at door, doesn't ring bell, hurriedly leaves. We were home. HAVE IT RECORDED BY SECURITY CAM. Reported to Randy at UPS facility. No apology. Unwilling to give me a specific pickup time today. CAMS WORK, UPS DOESN'T. Wasted one hour with central UPS CUSTOMER SVC. No change 9/22/22. Drivers dump packages and routinely AVOID PICKUPS/RETURNS. Unable to ring doorbells!

I did not know a seller used UPS and was never notified of a delivery time or date or carrier. then told UPS was at house today. i was not home. now to,d have to pay a fee for redelivery. what a joke is happening now with them just tell me where to pick up and will do so but not given any info things sure have gone south with them UPS no more for me.
