Staff recommended that I have them pack my items which I brought in a heavy plastic bin. I did so at a cost of $543. Upon arrival in Pittsburgh the boxes were split and crushed. The box with fragile items had them literally tossed inside with breakable items buried under heavier items. One Ginger Jar was shattered. No thought was given to safely or correctly pack my items. I would never recommend this store.

This ups store has the highest storage costs. They want $10 a day for the package Storage. we asked at another ups store and they charged $5 for a week!!!! I would never choose this place as a pickup location again!
