I went to this location in the Amado Center today, 03.25.24. There were two agents on duty. One was helping another customer, the other guy said he'd be right with me and he was, in about ten seconds. He asked me politely how he could help me? I replied that I had a QR code on my phone to ship the box I brought in. He scanned the code, placed a label on the box and gave me a receipt with a smile and bid me a good day. The entire experience took less than a minute. I could not have been more pleased unless he'd handed me ten bucks for walking in the door. I'm kidding about that part, of course but, really I don't know how the experience could have been more pleasant. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ stars and will recommend them to anyone who needs to ship with UPS. Especially if it's an item that can't simply be dropped off at a collection point. Really top notch service!!I know people have good days and bad days. I can't resist saying that some of the bad days could be avoided if the customer would treat the agent the way they'd want to be treated.

Great service never have to wait longer than 3 to 4 min. Supper friendly and my dog loves the UPS family at this store she feels the PRIDE VIBE of P.S. from the great workers at this store. Thank you for all of your fabulous service you provide.

Poor attitude. I suspect they are busy with the holidays and when I came in for a notary service, I got the strong impression they were not happy to be doing this today and made it obvious. And to close out the transaction, I never got a thank you from them. They should appreciate all customers.

Came here today to do a live scan. Gentlemen at the desk says the female who performs the live scan stepped away, will be back in 15 minutes, and to stand near the podium. Note that after 15 minutes there was a female who started working with packages in the back and I had an intuition that that was the person who performed the service. After numerous customers walk through and 20 minutes later, no assistance, no staff to perform the scan, so I stand back in line. I hear one of the guys tell that female staff that there's a live scan. She then tells me she'll be right with me. Staff was pleasant, but communication could improve.UPS should make that service as appointments only to avoid inconvenience.

Great service. Clean. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. They clearly explain all the details about charges and options. Their displays are always well-stocked and pricing is clearly displayed.

I drop off packages several times a week. It would be really helpful if the door opened in and not out so that I'm not left standing holding heavy boxes (which I need both hands for) while the staff (usually 3 people) are busy on their computers and I'm struggling trying to just get in. And then of course, I stand waiting with the heavy packages for 2-3 minutes until they are "ready". Even when no one else is in the store. Customer service is clearly not their priority.

Charged me an arm and a leg for shipping and now it’s being delivered late. Refused to accept responsibility, and placed all the blame on me. Reported to UPS corporate!

The morning staff (when I go to avoid crowds) has been rude and short with me the last few times I've visited, and I was just returning one Amazon return that was already packed and all they had to do was scan a label and I was gonna get out of their hair, but god forbid I need 30 more seconds of their time to answer a question about purchasing a box. I normally don't leave reviews but it's been bad lately. I understand they are busy people but wow! I'm hoping to try going in the afternoon and get semi decent customer service even if I have to stand in line.

I have been here about 10 times. I am always met with a smile and my shipments are well done. Usually I even get street parking right in front.
