Worst bank ever do not put your money in this bank or any us bank they are horrible they are broke and will keep your checks with holds for 9 days even if you have the funds fraud big checks cuz they don't want you to use your own money please don't bank there

US Bank is probably not the best financial institution to choose. It has came to our attention that it is run by incompetent moron who claim they have information on an outside account from another person. When you call for customer service to investigate, you get it's all out fault and they are the hero's. I suggest going across the street to Mechanics bank (500 Indian Canyon) and meet the wonderful branch manager and her co-workers. You will be treated with respect and open arms. We are closing the US bank account based on their failure to provide a positive banking experience.

Showed up to ask if a cashiers check I received from a USBank customer is fraudulent. It's for 30k which is meaningful amounts of money to me and to the account holder. It is for vehicle sale and time sensitive for both parties. Alex (maybe a personal banker and maybe a manager) was sitting comfortably at his corner cubicle with another person that worked there when I asked where to sign up to get help. (Note it was 4:10 and bank closes at 5 bells.) He said no one would be able to help right now. While my brain was trying to compute WTF on a few different levels) he was kind enough to suggest that I could wait in line (which was prob 7 people deep for 2 tellers) to schedule a time for (wait for it) tomorrow. He and his colleague and the 3rd personal banker would ALL be unable to help me today. I made it clear that this was important and he couldn't have cared less. Maybe I'm unreasonable or maybe he's having a bad day. Either way he was ZERO help and I'm pretty sure that's not listed as any of the objectives in his job description. I don't bank at USBank and whether this is fair to big Al or not, after this - I don't ever intend to.

I have been banking there for quite awhile and liked their customer service so much that I reccomended my current boss to use them.for all our banking needs, Both Akex and Daniel branch managers are AMAZING i would rate them 10 stars if that was a choice

Can I give LESS than a ONE STAR review? I was a joint account holder with my elderly aunt (now deceased). Now I am trustee for the estate. Since I took over her finances ( about 2018) and have had dealings with this branch (I live 3 hours away), I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!! (My local US Bank branch is fantastic...unfortunately, certain items must be done directly with the Palm Springs branch). When I've had to complete certain things by fax, they would put down totally incorrect information. The never got my vesting correct between the checking and MM account, totally screwed up CD investment and maturity instructions, and now I'm dealing with a STOP PAYMENT on a check that they can't tell me how that happened! Their personnel are always pleasant....but still....literally...EVERY time I've dealt with them it has been a lesson in inefficiency. I am SO frustrated and can't wait until the estate is settled so I can get out of there. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH OF US BANK, unless you like wasting time and being aggravated. Grrrrrrrr......minus 5 stars.

Beware! They NSF checks on uncollected funds. They'll charge your account repeatedly on uncollected funds. Deposits not credited properly. Sketchy practices. You've been warned! Stay away. I just closed 3 accounts after less than two weeks of doing business.

Alex at this branch saved the day and deposited funds I brought in which the Palm Desert branch branch refused to deposit, despite my having an account with US Bank for almost 10 years. Alex was nothing but professional & a pleasure to work with, as well as the female tellers who were there when I went in. Great location. Will only use this branch from now on.

I wish I could give zero. I don't believe customer service and operational knowledge is this branch's priority. This branch will make your head spin. The staff is not on the same page with information, contradicting one another, and apply zero customer service-including the branch manager. Called twice, spoke to three different people, all with different answers. Seriously the worst.

Daniel and Kendall Deserve a solid raise for Their extra attention. He verified me and was able to get be a Debit card. The tellers refused to do so. I had a baby passport and my mobile app. He went the extra mile and saved my trip to palm springs.

I've visited this branch twice and left both times. The branch manager, sitting at a desk in "slow motion," helping another customer told me to have a seat and wait for someone to come out to help me. There were 5 empty banker's desk and the branch manager was assisting a woman at his desk. I waited 20 minutes and nothing happened. No one appeared. No explanation. Nothing. I happen to have a home mortgage with US Bank, (unfortunately), and needed to speak with a banker. After waiting 20 minutes, or more, both times, I got up and left. There were about five or six empty bankers' desks and the branch manager at his(?) desk. Can't imagine what could possibly take so long to do a transaction. Don't waste your time. Avoid this place.

This is an absolutely awful bank. I opened a brand new checking account as a new customer and never heard a thing from them ever. I never got an ATM card or checks or a welcome letter. Then I got a letter seven months later that they were sending me to collections because of all the fees they charged. I never even knew I had an account there. They not only took my opening deposit of $25 but also make me pay more money just to close The account. They were also quite rude on the phone at this branch. I will now never be a US bank customer.

Probably one of the worst banks in town. 12:30 Friday, one teller we never saw and 6 waiting in line. Two of us left as yet another walked in. Service in this branch sucks.
