Worst post office ever! Why do I need an ID to get a package that you put a slip into my box that I obtained with my key.

Went in to ship a box, the female with the accent - terrible attitude. She acts like customers are an inconvenience and that WE are bothering her at HER JOB. Tom was great! Although she left him alone when there was a line, he was helpful and nice.

Not willing to do anything above the basics. You better have everything done correctly when you get there. Most are unhelpful and want to upsell you on shipping products instead of assisting where they can. Good customer service is low on the priority list.

Unbelievably good service, polite, professional and efficient even though they seem to be somewhat understaffed. Thank you US Postal Service, I know that my tax dollars are spent well.

This office was large and spacious; the customers were handled quickly; and, the staff was wonderful. This is one of the nicer post offices I've been at and a pleasant experience.

Extremely stupid clerk. I said I come to change my mailing address and he rejected to do it saying I had to do it online. I explained him it doesn't work for me coz it asks to verify me in person, but he said he wouldn't do it and I must do it online.

This must be the worst post office in California in the desert. The only person in this post office is helpful. Talkative personality is only Kevin the rest of the three women need to go needs to be replaced overworked overworked and zero hospitality zero professionalism they can care less.

Palm Springs has the worst service ever! There is one guy who works at counter who is friendly and hustles to move the line! The others are rude and move in slow speed. They don’t even look at the customers!
We opened a PO Box for our mail and have it set up for emails of all mail that is being put in our box! This is the 3rd time we’ve received emails of a piece of mail that has never been put in our box! Recently 2 tax documents never arrived in our box but we have an email stating they were received at PO. It’s very difficult to obtain duplicates from the bank. We have to wait 2 weeks! They can fax but we no longer have a fax machine! No trust in the PO!

I was visiting Palm Springs and needed to mail my passport renewal. There was a bit of a wait, but the woman who helped me was wonderful. She even looked over my form and stapled my check and passport on it.

Went here to post a first class letter , told by woman because it does not bent can’t send it first then gave me $64 option and paperwork to go ground 2nd class -so I left went to smoke tree post office , $7 dollars and no silly questions later my un sendable first class letter was on its way —- I guess the need to raise money for big new office save the scammers here go to smoke tree !!!!

Extremely understaffed. Line out the door with one person working. At 9am. During the holiday season. Crazy. Left after 15 minutes would have been late to work and the line barely moved. Poor lady working there. Avoid this place at all costs.
