  I brought a vintage oversized decorative “towel” to be cleaned. It is irreplaceable and the pattern is quite remarkable. High sentimental value too.When I went to pick it up they said they they don’t have any record of it since they don’t itemize fluff and fold.There was no empathy or attempt at reimbursement of any kind. Instead there was rude “irritated hostilitywhile insinuating there was no towel and that I was therefore lying.If I ever went there again [which I will not] I would photograph anything of value and ask that it be itemized.I can only assume someone at this establishment liked it and took it.The worst thing is their total lack of professionalism.

  Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Service was stellar. Quick turn around time. Family owned. If you’re looking for a fancy cleaner, good luck finding one and one that is outstanding like Valet Cleaners and Laundry. The business was recommended from someone who has been their customer for many years. So thankful I found a cleaner that’s reliable and trustworthy with my cherished clothing items.

  We came to wash Prada and Bottega Veneta clothes. And we receive them completely faded and clothes lost their shine. They are unwearable.We are really disappointed because we called and he don’t even to refund the washing. We lost 2000$ of clothes.This place is a must avoid.

  Valet Cleaners is always friendly and does a great job. They have done quick jobs when I was in a hurry and hemmed pants perfectly. Nice price and great location.

  I walked in and rang the bell at the desk and the lady just starred at me. I waved hi and said I needed some help and she continued dry cleaning and ignoring me. Very off feeling I had in here and after waiting 20 min I left and the ladies watched me walk out. Terrible service, from terrible human beings.

  A bit sloppy with the finished alteration. I had to re-sew a button that didn't match the other sleeve. About 1/4 of the lining on one of the sleeves was left un-sewn, had to do that myself as well. Oh well, back to a New search.

  My dry cleaning expectations are very high as a stylist previously living in West Los Angeles for many years. Valet cleaners always exceeds those expectations when it comes to quality and service.
