Terrible experience, poor service and attitudes. Owner Mark called me a pain in the a$$ when he had to refund me for product he couldn't get. Yep... that happened. Said a couple of days to get Krugerrands just had to go pick them up in Orange County... no he had to scout them out. What he could get took three weeks. Wife Lisa covers for his bad behavior. See Yelp for my full review. Buying my gold elsewhere. Do not suggest. Buyer beware.

Mark is simply not an honest guy. He owes me $15,000 for a lot of vintage watch parts that I never received. I've been patiently waiting just over two years for Mark to pay me back and he just keeps stalling - every single time. I dont believe he ever had the intention to pay me back. He essentially ran off with my money and I'm left with no option but legal avenues. I wouldn't go near his business with your valuables. Consider yourself warned.

So I came here because my fiancé's ring was too big in size and he took his time with us to find her right size and all. Ring came back four days later like he said it was and it fit perfectly. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had called in the Palm Springs area!

Went to 3 shops to get offer on my coins and some jewelry. they beat them all by over 25%. Fair, honest and very knowledgeable.

They changed the name to Valley Exchanges. Nice selection of Antique and Estate type jewelry. Also has old coins and paper money. Sold them a broken gold chain I had and they paid me $130 more then the 2 other offers I got in town. Seems very fair and honest.
