Light Bulb replacement, I was travelling through the area and my light went out. I needed it repaired on the spot, on a road trip. They were great, took my car, didn't even ask my name to see if I bought the car there (which I did NOT) , 25 minutes later, car came back ( I also had the bulbs, they did not use them), I asked Isaiah what do I owe you , to my suprise, NOTHING, WOW. This is what Mercedes Benz and Palm Springs Mercedes Benz stands for, what great customer service. Palm Springs Mercedes Benz is the BEST!!

Beware of using their service department if your Mercedes is no longer under warranty. They will charge you $480 just to provide a repair estimate and it's only refundable if you have the work done. In my forty years of using other MB dealers, I've never had this happen. They give new meaning to the term "Highway Robbery". Alan RobertsRancho Mirage

AWFUL customer service. I've been hung up on, and directed to a desk that had no relevance whatsoever to my issue. This dealer SUCKS!

A warranty situation with our 2019 CPO Mercedes has now been resolved and this dealership is currently repairing our car. The Service Manager, at Mercedes of Palm Springs, Michael Labrecque, in a very professional manner, took quick and decisive steps to alleviate a misinterpretation of our warranty issue by this dealership. As an added note, our new service advisor and any of the support staff we came in contact with were all courteous, friendly an efficient.

The best part about this dealership is its location... ultra-convenient location if you're in the heart of Palm Springs area. We've had a couple Mercedes vehicles serviced here (SL and S classes). The SL was always repaired and maintained at this location, and was fine. Make sure you know what you are going in for, and what you really need, or you will be upsold or deceived for unnecessary services/parts. As per car washes, this is my least favorite MB location. Unlike most, you have to actually park your car, hand over your keys to a service guy, and wait 20-30 minutes for a basic wash. Fletcher Jones MB locations in Newport Beach and Chicago typically have you simply drive through a 3-5min car wash, and voila. It is a more thorough clean, too. It's an inconvenience to wait 20 minutes, and then pass along your car to a guy to drive through the wash, and wait another 20 or so, for a simple 3-5min drive-through wash. Seriously, if the goal was to deter customers from getting their MB cars washed here, then they've succeeded. Not the best service skills at this location.

After a disappointing experience at Walter's Mercedes in Riverside I reached out to Mercedes of Palm Springs. Cody was awesome in helping me and staying in contact with me regarding the car we were looking for. When it came in I was the first person he called. He was honest off the bat and didn't try to add on thousands of dollars above sticker like Walter's did. In fact I purchased it below MSRP at Palm Springs. I feel as if I received a fair price and the dealership made an adequate amount of $$$. In total I think that's what car buying should be. Not dealerships getting thousands more that the MSRP. If you're in the market for a Mercedes go to Pam Springs and ask for Cody. You'll get a fair deal for a great car. I can't speak to the service department since I take all my mercedes to Auto Haus of the Desert in Indio. Honest and great service there.

I've been a Mercedes-Benz customer for almost 7 years now, and for every flat tire, cracked rim, and equired service, I would take my vehicle to W.I. Simonsen in Santa Monica, CA as it was closest. Service was what you'd expect, but it wasn't untiI moved to Rancho Mirage, that I retained a service advisor that exemplified the quality, customer service, and expectations I've come to expect from a company with the slogan "the best or nothing". Rick Williams has, on numerous occasions now, gone above and beyond to accommodate myself and my time due to an unexpectedly rare mechanical breakdown on my 2019 AMG E53. Rick seems to genuinely care about the comfort and convenience of every one of his clients and I couldn't be happier with Mercedes-Benz and Rick Williams. I don't know if their other service advisors are as attentive, but I know I will be going out of my way to ensure Rick Williams is available to streamline any issue that arises with any and all Mercedes-Benz vehicles I plan to purchase in the future. Thanks a lot, Rick! You're a god amongst men!

Suburb service center! I came in with an issue towards closing and they were very helpful and made me understand the value of coming to a dealer to get work done. Great experience.

I took a weekend getaway with a few friends and stopped by to look at a few cars like the new body style SL63 which just was released!Karnit Aricha greeted us warmly and handed out some cool bottles of water on this very hot day!She was superior in knowledge and customer service! She's been working for the brand for over 25 years! Wow that is loyalty! Thanks Karnit! You are a gem and they're lucky to have you! I will see you soon for my car needs and refer you many people. She can truck cars anywhere and can bring it to Los Angeles for me.

I love this dealership and have been very happy with them thus the repeat 5 star review BUT I wanted to alert New Mercedes Benz owners that when they do software updates they can blow you off the grid and you will not be able to use the Mercedes' me connect application . Of course this was not discovered until after 5 calls to Mercedes' Benz 800 customer service ,totally useless and 3 calls to the dealership where I finally escalated to the sales manager, Michael who, is terrific and he was able to get the issue resolved they reconnectEd me to the gird. BUT WHAT AN EXPERIENCE one of their people told me it was my iPhone 8 Plus and told me I had to go buy a new iPhone 1200 bucks. Thankfully I am very technical and not senile because after doing several tests with their technician I proved them wrong it was not my phone . I said can you imagine Mercedes Benz dong a software upgrade that would disable iPhone around the world less than the iPhone 12 model , company would get fried in the press. So be careful some of these people are terrific others not so much. . Also recommend Rick is stellar stellar guy does great customer support and has integrity .

I am very disappointed with a service of my Mercedes' S550 at this Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs following the recommended service on Friday April 28, 2022. I had been previously advised by the tech and service advisor that the rough idle I had been experiencing was due to bad motor mounts and I had been verbally assured that if I changed the mounts in the amount of $2,800+ it would resolve my rough idle problem. I had this dealer replace all the motor mounts as recommended as well as the transmission mount. Immediately upon paying the bill and getting my car back at the end of the day I noticed absolutely no change either way as I experienced the same exact rough idle. No change whatsoever. Upon asking my service advisor for compensation for this unsolved and exact continuing problem he stated it is being caused by another problem.

What's up with this town? Everyone is so nice on the phone and then you show up and all of a sudden their demeanor changes. Wasted an entire day waiting for this dealership to service my car only for service manager Rick to tell me there was nothing he could do to help me without ever looking at my car. Basically his attitude was GTFO ... when a true Mercedes service manager would have said, "let's take a look and see what options we may have for you." Then the random guy in plain clothes who says he's "just moving cars" refers to me as "some woman". What is really going on here? Is this how Mercedes refers to its customers now? This is my third bad experience here. Either they don't return your calls or they are quick to shoo you away if you show up in person. Stopped by once for help putting a license plates on a new car and they didn't even want to do that. Not the Mercedes brand treatment I am used to in other cities. Starting to take personally. Do better Palm Springs!

Very nice and friendly dealership took less than one hour to finish up paperwork and close the deal
