From the rude girl in the gas station to Kenneth Gage the cashier today was my last day shopping here. The employees at this locations are far below the standard. No reason your employees should be rude or scrolling through social media when on the clock. Especially Mr Gage I don’t know what his problem is but if he doesn’t want to deal with customers then find a new job

I have been shopping at this store for many years. The Starbucks inside has exceptional staff. Thanks to Aaron, Stephanie, Alexis and Moses for exceptional customer service. These staff members are so genuine. It shows that they truly enjoy serving their customers. Sabrije is also great. A few male managers I’ve encountered have always gone out of their way while out on the floor to assist me. Plenty of assistance around. I would like to see this store offer a few more disabled parking spots. Other than that this is my go to for groceries and a coffee.

I come here weekly for my groceries. I have always had a good experience. The workers are friendly and the store is always kept up. The selection of food products is better than many other stores I frequent.
Check out has always been fast. When there have been long lines, a new lane will open up quickly.
Overall it is a good store.

Seriously why has Corporate been involved with this store is a mystery. They never have more than one or two registers open at a time often lines are so long you lose the patience to wait. The Deli is another MESS.. honestly why would I buy food from a department that has visually has some of the ugliest prepared foods. I find it interesting that no matter when this store is a mess. It sad that it has become a place where it seems the staff has lost the idea that We as consumers deserve a place that wants to offer Quality Food and Amazing Service. I guess We will have to see if they ever finds the right. Management who wants to be better.

I have always appreciated everyone who works at Vons with the exception of the people working in the pharmacy. They have to be the unhappiest and unfriendliest group of people with whom I have ever dealt. The pharmacy recently texted me saying that I was eligible for the most recent Covid 19 booster. I went online , as instructed, and made my appointment. I received an email reminder from the pharmacy on the day of my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, I was asked my name and date of birth. The woman behind the counter just kept staring at the computer saying that there was no such appointment. She kept asking me my name and saying over and over again that there was no scheduled appointment. I asked her how then was it possible that the pharmacy sent me a reminder via email about my appointment. She just looked at me and then asked if I had gotten any other vaccinations at that particular pharmacy. I have been going to Vons for 22 years and have received most of my vaccinations from them as well as my monthly medications. She eventually got around to giving me the application to fill out and sign. She then turned things over to the manager. After working on the computer for a few minutes, he told me to go to the little room and wait. I wound up getting the booster from the manager who, by the way, had zero personality. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured he was either having a bad day or just really hated his job. By the looks on the faces of the people who work in that department, somebody needs to get them help...and fast!!

If you like to wait a long time to checkout because they never have enough cashiers, this is your store. And, every time I shop here, I am overcharged when I check out (vs. price on shelf) on at least one item. Every time.

Wanted to take the time to praise the Drive Up and Go team at this location! Natalie and Carl always make the effort to ensure that my grocery orders throughout the week run smoothly. They take the time to search the store for exactly what I'm looking for in the timeframe I need and when my picks aren't in stock, they offer almost identical substitutions to complete my lists for recipes throughout the week! Thank you for making my life a little easier when it comes to meal planning with my busy (sometimes all over the place) schedule. The DUG team's hard work is recognized and much appreciated!

Decent neighborhood grocery store in the medium price range. The main competitors are Ralph's (more expensive) and Stater Brothers (probably a little less expensive).
