Heads-Up: Pay More at the Store with Two Tier Product Pricing! I go to Walmart online to make sure the products are in stock before making a trip. I get to the store and two of the four products I was purchasing were priced over what I was expecting. One was $10 over while another was $2 more. I went to Customer Service and they adjusted the price down to what I was expecting to pay. That is fine and dandy but those who don't do a price check before their shopping adventure will be paying even more to the Walton Family. Am I the only one who feels this pricing difference is somewhat deceptive?

My recent visit to Walmart's electronics department in Palm Springs was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the department being relatively quiet, I couldn't find any staff willing to assist me. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were dismissive and refused to help, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes without explanation. This level of disregard for customers is appalling, especially in a crucial department like electronics. Walmart needs to address these issues immediately and prioritize improving their abysmal customer service standards. No one should endure such treatment while trying to make a purchase. My experience was unacceptable, and I expect better from a company as large as Walmart. Action needs to be taken to ensure that other customers do not face similar mistreatment in the future.

At Walmart you are seen as a thief until you are proven otherwise. Just returned where I purchased 9 gallon bottles of water, a case of coke and some bananas. When I left the self-check outline, an associate moved toward me with his hand outstretched, and his palm facing me indicating me to stop. He then said into his mouthpiece "How many waters?" He then stared into my cart counting 9 water bottles arranged in a 3x3 grid. He had to count them visually a second time before he was certain I had the required number of bottles. He couldn't even thank me, which is pure contempt.. This is an outrage. If shrink is such a problem with Walmart, there is only ONE solution, hiring more cashiers. Stop telling us we prefer self-check out. We don't. Especially when associates are tasked with jobs they are so obviously incapable of performing.

Walmart is not my favorite place to shop. I would rather be at Stater Brothers and even Ralph's but this location is actually really nice. We will be back!

I never shop there anymore. A manager named Sylvia and Manny approached me for no reason. I don't know which one it was maybe both smelled so bad, my nose began to burn. I had to politely excuse myself. You would think the managers would at least wash theirselves. I'm sorry I have to leave one star, it should be no stars. Take a both!!!!

I hope Brenda Boone, manager of this store, reads this, but probably not because so far she has done nothing but run away from problems. I spend about $1000 a month for deliveries from this store, mostly groceries. The shoppers must be untrained and without cognitive functioning. The problem comes in 1) management doesn't care. I've written the local manager and she blows me off 2) quality - today I was delivered celery that looked like it had been pulled out of a trash bin, literally slimmy and limp. I ordered three individual bananas and got three pounds - about 7 of them. The vegetables are constantly an issue but this is the worst 3) shoppers don't follow the substitution choices as provided on the web site nor the choice to reject them The quality of fresh things is always and issue as is size. If you order two baking russets you might get a potato three inches long or you might get an 8 inch monster 4) the drivers are completely incapable of handling an order for a bottle of wine. They freak out. The last time I ordered a single bottle - my wife answered the door with her id - and the driver demanded to see the id of the person who ordered. He was rude and lied about the law. We decided he was a homophobe with no respect for women and complained to Ms Boone but she never acknowledged. I've not ordered any more wine from this store as it's too much hassle 5) they are constantly out of stock on everyday items with only the poor quality Great Value as back up. All in all, it's been a bad experience, unlike other Walmarts I've dealt with and I won't be renewing my membership..

On November 17th I ordered a carpet scrubber and accompanying cleaning fluid from Walmart. It was being delivered from the store that day. Later in the evening the website said the delivery was eight stops away. That night I got a text saying the order was delayed. Logged on, still says delivery is eight stops away but also says delivery is delayed up to two days. The night of the 18th the cleaning fluid only was delivered. The morning of the 19th I go to Walmarts site and it says both the carpet cleaner and the cleaning fluid was delivered on the 17th. I call the number for problems given on the site. Get a gentleman named Jose. He investigates and says the carpet cleaner left the store and he would do further investigation. Jose comes back on and says he needs to transfer me. I asked what he found out. His response, "I'm transferring you." I get another gentlemen at the transfer, but didn't get his name. He also investigates because he was given no information from the previous investigator. His concludes their record indicate the scrubber was delivered, so I need to take it up with my financial institution. I asked, "do you have a pic of the item at my door?" Response, "no." So I asked how do you know it was delivered. His response is "our weight record shows it was delivered". I asked him to explain that in terms I can understand and he repeats the same thing. I'm assuming, maybe incorrectly, that the weight record means the weight of this item was removed from the delivery van. It may have been removed but it was not delivered here. Since the cleaning fluid was delivered here, I doubt the cleaner itself was delivered to the wrong house. I'm guessing the carpet scrubber was in fact removed and stolen by the delivery person. I told the phone assistant so you may have a delivery person stealing items since it wasn't delivered and the dates of delivery are falsified, but it's my problem to solve. His response, "is there anything else I can help you with?" The scrubber I PAID for is the best reviewed by HGTV. So once we get this charge removed I'll be looking elsewhere.

I was there they tried to charge us $75 for a chair that clearly said $30 when we confronted them about it they talked in Spanish about " what Karen's we were just because we can't afford $75." He also went on to interrupt us multiple times and take phone calls mid conversation. I know no one's gonna read this but don't waste your time go to target.

While shopping at Walmart on Ramon Road in Palm Springs this morning, I was trying to find a handicap cart to move more efficiently. When I left my car in the parking lot, I noticed a store employee driving one of the carts in the parking lot and smoking. I tried to get his attention, but failed. I continued my shopping, with quite a struggle, and when I came out of the store, I noticed the same employee was circling the parking lot, again, smoking. In my opinion, this should not happen.

Obviously, no one at corporate views these. If they did maybe they would do something to improve their ratings. Never been a huge customer here as it's a bit out of the way. However, stopped by today to pick up a phone holder for the car. The guy behind the register was wonderful. But out of nowhere this real jerk who works there who was just hanging out jumped in when I opened the box. (My phone has a thick cover and it's been tough finding a holder that it wouldn't fall out of.) immediately nasty, RIGGO practically accusing me of stealing, even though my card was in my hand about to be inserted into the card reader. Well of course after treating me like trash, calling me ENTITLED and an ASSHOLE, he threaten to have me thrown out. I DID NOTHING! I told him good luck and instead of security how about we just share his behavior with the manager. They called the manager, who took forever to assist us, and quite honestly acted as he could care less! Utterly useless! Didn't apologize, didn't seek the nice fella assisting me comments. NOTHING! Again while waiting for the manager Riggo continued to tear into me with insult after insult. I must have asked a dozen times for him to leave me and the nice cashier alone. As we didn't need his help, insults or huge "chip on his shoulder"! He wouldn't leave, just kept hurling nasty names one after another, again about how entitled I was by opening the box which by the way I paid for to see if the holder would work. He kept saying I should take it home to see if it fits! WHY? If it doesn't and it DIDN'T work why, couldn't I see this while in the store? Since I was there, and I paid for it, I was able to return it. Which I did! But this makes me entitled, because I was trying to save time. Riggo, had numerous times to walk away, as no one AGAIN asked for nor needed his assistance. But instead of doing that and deescalating the situation he continued to add fuel to the fire with the constant barrage of insults. In closing, what I do know for certain is that, this is NOT an isolated incident. He is allowed to treat folks like this. His behavior was also governed by his blatant homophobia, he was just seconds away from calling me the F word! GREAT JOB WALMART! Great Job!

This store treats their best and long term regular customers like criminals. Most of my friends will not go near this place because of the treatment they get from the employees and I am going to avoid from here on out. Getting ready for the tropical storm, I bought a clock radio that said it ran on batteries and electric. Got it home and the batteries only work to save the alarm time in case of an outage. It would not play the radio or keep time on batteries only. I had my receipt and went to customer svc. to return the measly $20 item only to be shamed and treated like a thief by the woman behind the counter who has been with the store for at least 20 years. She is about 5' tall, black hair and sadly has a crooked spine. Someone needs to talk to her and educate her on how to treat customers and customer service. Teach her to not treat customers like the are thieves and low lifes. Unbelievabl the way she treated me. I had my receipt and everything. She's a horrible employee and should be fired.
