I agree with the rest of these reviews about this branch. I am a Wellsfargo credit card customer. I went into this branch and ask if I could change a fifty dollar bill for fifty ones? I was told NO because they could not verify that I was a Wellsfargo customer. I was in disbelief and went to speak with Marisela L Davila to let her know that I was indeed a customer. She told me I would have to open an account to get the simple change transaction I wanted. I said ok. She said I can't do that now we are too musy you will have to make an appointment. There was not one person in the building but they were too busy to service a customer. I then went online and made an appointment to open a checking account which they were offering $300 bonus. I have opened a checking account and only keep the minimum of $500 in it so they can't charge a fee. I have paid my credit card to zero and haven't used it in a year since this happened. So my suggestion is to hit them where it counts, in the pocket. I got my $300 from them and went and opened an account at PNC which has GREAT customer service. This branch does NOT get that you build business through community relationships and they have NO desire to do so or even just simply be kind.

Great place to just stand around and hang out while they keep telling you "I'll be with you in one minute " then keep doing work in front of you for 10 minutes and never acknowledge you again ?☠️?☠️?

Rude and lazy staff. Attempted to open a new account and they were “too busy.” An ATM is easier to work with than this bank.

Making an appointment - 5 days out - to open a checking account is ridiculous! I’m giving you my money! I guess it’s a privilege to bank with them.
The excuse was (2 branches tried) ‘only one banker’. Really? So busy, scheduling 5 days out?.
Bank can’t afford a second associate?

To speak to a teller is like setting up a meeting to see the president of the United States! They are so slow line out the door and only two tellers working it's honestly a joke!

I've never been treated so poorly at a bank. Barbara (my teller) needs additional training in the bare minimum of what customer service should be. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a bank and I would highly recommend not going here.

Bank from hell. Always a long line, unpleasant staff (understandably overworked). Atm's often not working, forcing even more into the agonizing line. Avoid this place at all costs! WF chose to close one of just three branches in Palm Springs, this crowding is the obvious result. No concern whatsoever for the customer. But overwhelming concern for the shareholders.

The earliest appointment I could get to get anew bank card or talk to a banker was Oct 30th. It's Oct 12th , they don't want to see or talk to there customers. Every thing is on line! No customer Service. I have to go to a different branch to close the account.

Went in to get a cashiers check at around 1:00pm. There were only two tellers working, so it took a while. Staff was professional & courteous.

So I opened a Wells Fargo credit card and took advantage of the zero interest for 21 months promo rate . I still had 3 more months to go so I called and got a rep in Swaziland-or Mumbai or the Philippines take your choice . I guess and asked what the new rate would be after the promo expired. I was told 29 percent yikes . I have a credit score well above 800 and at least 7 figures in my bank account I asked them to close the account because if I wanted to be screwed I would go to a brothel. So imagine they escalated my issues without my consent to a client advocacy group who not only called me but sent an electronic email after I requested the account be closed that there was nothing they could do . I had told the customer rep clearly their risk score algorithm is broke. I checked my online account the next day the account was not closed . I even checked the phone tree it was still open with my 20000 dollar credit limit still available so I contacted the advocacy group again and demanded my account be closed. If I wanted to be r.p.d I would again walk in Lincoln park at 3 in the morning what a useless bank .btw payoff the balance In full. I have another card with a competitor bank with 9 percent rate I'll use that one .

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years and never have I seen a branch so disappointing. I walked in and noticed that there was not a single banker, mortgage officer, greeter, nobody in any of the many desks where they'd normally sit. There was one teller and a few other people behind the counter. I came in for a wire transfer and had to wait for the teller to check if anyone could help me (which took over 5 minutes). She then came from the back and told me that a banker wouldn't be available for another half hour. I ended up just doing it online because you can send wires up to a certain amount now. Just a joke and reminds me why I hardly ever go into a bank. Soon we won't need anyone at all. We can do it all online, which was pretty much the vibe I got from them.
