Great conference venue with plenty of space, options, concessions and parking. It's also convenient to downtown and palm springs.

Not a very big convention centre but laid out fairly well. Easy to navigate and quite central in Palm Springs. It's attached to a hotel so larger conventions seem to use some of those rooms as well.

Tech convention but internet didn't work! Terrible! Most rooms good temperature, but on our last day I went from a freezing room to a hot one, and to another freezer! Don't plan to buy food here, prices are nuts. Lots nearby!

Security said I had to hand carry my boxes to my Uber and couldn’t roll them on the ground. Pathetic. I am going to talk to Danny about that. No more CVENT for you guys.

Visually, this hotel is stunning. We love the Barbie displays in the lobby and all the colors. The updates happened about a dozen years ago, so everything‘s looking a little tired now. I think they need better groundskeepers as we saw beer cans, and what-not thrown into the bushes and some of the garden beds need to be tidied up and weeded with new rocks put down. And apparently the Palm Springs noise ordinance is not in effect here as they piped loud music by the pool, all night and day, and then, during the drag brunches, they had speakers outside so everyone in the hotel complex could hear the drag, queens, singing, and all the bachelorette parties screeching at the top of their lungs. We attended a lecture by the designers, and learned that the bright colors are actually colors of the desert when it is in bloom, and we found that fascinating. We love the idea behind the hotel, it’s just that it needs an update I think at this point. The purple carpet in our hotel room needed rest stretching, and the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was chipped, scratched and discolored, plus the room had a bad smell. Other than that, the linens were clean, and it seemed to be a good value for Palm Springs.

A city of our size is fortunate to have a convention center of the size and physical quality we have. But I find the absence of signage at entrances to point visitors in the direction they seek to often lead to a lot of unnecessary wandering around.

Cheer event, 1 star because of WiFi, facility is fine otherwise. Inside the facility mobile data plans have weak or no signal. Convention center offers daily wifi for $30 per device! Unscrupulous of convention center taking advantage of families.Allow WiFi as part of the already steep admission ticket OR get with mobile carriers to fix the signal at this location.

The facility is beautiful but small. My main problem with this facility was the fact that with a cheer competition in the house, some of the restrooms had no toilet paper the entire weekend. I don't mean just a stall or two in the restroom - I mean the entire restroom. I think the only restroom that had toilet paper was the one in front.
