Well, the reason I’m giving it a one star is that I ordered something online and never received the product. When it came time to talk to customer service they didn’t help and gave me the run around this all happen about a week half ago and I know this has nothing to do with the store but if this is how they treat customers online then I can just imagine how it is in person. So anyone looking to buy a part online on their website just a heads up they might not give you a refund back even though your item isn’t on the list of items that can’t be refunded and I assume they do the same in store.

well here im driving from acton to plamdale because Online told me this store had it while the employee looks up the part and says they dont have it he sends me to the store that's supposedly has it and when I'm at the other store they tell me they don't have it.and that the place i just came from has it in stock now here i am wasting gas this guy should work for AutoZone where the useless parts store employee belong?another win for amozon

Had the part and pick up was pretty straightforward and easy. It was a less than common item, so the fact that they had one available was awesome.
