People were friendly but I got a bill over a year later. I had paid already, but they insisted I owed. I paid because they sent it to collections. It's wrong to send a bill so late. I'm going to investigate thoroughly to see what i actually paid them and get refunded. Don't think I'll go there again. I'll go elsewhere and make sure my payments are applied correctly and in a timely manner.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service I’ve received regarding scan appointments. After waiting over two months for this important test, my appointment was canceled at the last minute twice 2x. Both times, there was no proper explanation or effort to offer a timely replacement.
This isn’t a minor inconvenience—luckily I found another imaging center to see me ASAP.
Patients deserve reliable scheduling and clear communication, especially for important medical tests. I hope this clinic seriously improves its processes.

I was greeted and help right away. My appointment was at 10:10AM. Showed up at 10 to sign paperwork. I was done and out by 10:35. There were peope in the lobby but everything was flowing nicely. I get they're busy. I was welcomed and staff was nice and friendly. All the negative reviews kind of gave me a different impression of this place. Not saying they're wrong or anything. Just noting my experience was vastly different.

Why make an appointment! My son has been waiting for 2 hours and still hasn't been seen. They said they are behind. Very unprofessional!

over the last 3 months, i have been to this location and encountered nothing but more issues. In July I got scheduled for an xray. I did count in time for paperwork as it was my first time— and waited for over an hour only for them to tell me their x-ray machines were down. I gave grace and said okay. I rescheduled an appointment for August. They only had a certain day available and because it was such a need, I took off work and scheduled for that day. I came in, and immediately asked if their machines were up because of what I encountered last time. They assured me it was okay. I waited again, close to an hour before they told me they were shorthanded and it would be another 30-hr. I had to pick up my child from school so again, i left. I called and scheduled my appointment for their lancaster offie and was in and out within 15 minutes! (Opt for lancaster, they are faster and more efficient) As of today, I had an appointment at 9:15, I arrived at 9 checked in and by 9:50 asked what the hold up was because I had watched everyone else go in after me. After almost an HOUR of waiting they told me their machines were down due to a power outage they had earlier in the morning and the machines arent up... I cancelled my appointment because I have other things to do. Had I not asked, I would be sitting there for HOURS to be seen which is not professional.
I commend their front desk workers, they are kind and were trying to do the best they could. But i'd suggest finding another place entirely or just sticking to the lancaster offices.

I had to get an open MRI here because I am claustrophobic. The staff claimed their ambra was down & they couldn’t send over my images to my neurosurgeon. Yet conveniently they sent them over after several calls. One of which they hung up on me. I had already missed the time of my appointment & it got pushed back over a month. Very upsetting. Obviously they don’t understand the severity of my case but my appointment getting pushed out could’ve been avoided. This happened TWICE by the way. I won’t be back.

This place is the worst. I called the other day to make an appointment for an x-ray, was told I did not need an appointment, that these were done on a walk-in basis. I arrive at the Palmdale location today at around 4:35 pm, only to be told, “Oh, the x-ray department is closed for the day, but you can come back tomorrow.” What exactly is the point of telling someone they can walk in, with me then showing up at a reasonable time, only to be told to come back a different day? Complete waste of time for patients.

I went for my screening mammogram on March 4, 2025. After getting it done, I waited for weeks, calling my pcp's office then calling the advance imaging center to find out after 5 weeks that it was not even looked at by a doctor.
Today, I called my pcp again after over 6 weeks and found out the results came couple days back and they want me to go for an MRI. In that report was written that I was unable to tolerate adequate compression. I never complained to the technician and it was done as normal mammogram is conducted. It did hurt but it's not the first time, I've had mammogram.
My complaints are, the delay in the results by 6 weeks, esp if they found something needing MRI and then blaming on me for not having done it right due to inadequate compression!
Highly unprofessional and inefficient. This is wasting precious time if something abnormal comes up.

Been here 2x love the staff there are times when it's crowded but they work hard to get you in and out recently took my older sister to get her mri done quickly was brought in and super friendly staff like always in my experience

I went in to get a better average on my pregnancy. And though my awesome pregnant tech couldn't give me the details she was very nice, played some dancing jams, and showed me my little bean moving around for the first time.

It was my 1st time there, November 27th 4:00pm no complaints at all. My ultrasound went great, she answered all my questions. The staff was so nice, the building was clean and beautiful.

Had an appointment for 3:45. Was there 30mins ahead of time. Gave them my insurance information and filled out the questionnaire sheets. Waited to be seen for 2 1/2 hour. Was called back up to the counter to be told they don't have the Doctors orders and I would have to reschedule. This is the second and last time I will go there.
