“I been here 8 years. I had basic issues with the apartment but I can fix them myself, or Jose the maintenance man comes and takes care of the rest. The only thing I hate is we can't bar b que here. The staff has changed but I don't have any issues with them. I have the best neighbors. We call our area the corner club. We have a yearly pot luck with the community. Yes they do have mail box break ins,and they do town cars in the red zones. This is the AV so what do you expect...”
