Randy was so helpful, and knowledgeable about everything, and very polite, My phone was stuck in SOS mode forever, I called AT&T tech support and apple care, and no one was able to help me resolve the problem, I walked in the store 10 minutes before closing and he solved it in 5 minutes with no issue! Thanks so much Randy, you saved me from having form having to get an entire new phone! You’re the best!

Best Experience by Far, our customer service Rep by the name of Chyna was Oustanding . Chyna was very knowledgeable about the products and realized that I did not only had (1) upgrade but I had (2) . I was out of that store in 45 mins with no issues, (2) new phone and she even mentioned the promotions they were having , I would highly recommend this location and ask for Chyna… I am a very Happy Customer, Great Customer service .

The customer service at this store was amazing, the manager was very patient and solution driven, although my issue was not resolved as it was not in their realm to solve, I left feeling amazing and I just knew in my heart they did everything possible to actually help. It made my day and keeps me hopeful for mankind.

Man when I tell you I had the best experience at this location, please believe me! I had all kind of questions for the representative and he took the time to break it all down and give me the best advice for what I needed.
Seriously RANDY! You were excellent and patient through it all! I appreciate your customer service!
Give this man a raise or some sort of an accommodation!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in any retail setting. Randy and Chyna made what is a typically a hassle much smoother in migrating over to AT&T. Thank you! 10/10 reccomend this AT&T store over any others.

Went in today to upgrade all 8 of my family's phones and the sales rep who helped me by the name of Chyna was so amazing and helpful. She had so much patience with my elderly family members who get confused quite easily and ask 100 questions. One family member was having a lot of difficulty getting into their iCloud and Chyna was right on it. I've probably written about one review on Yelp but felt the need to write a positive review. My experience was amazing due to the help of the amazing sales rep who had more patience with my family than I did.

All the associates were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Answered any questions we had with great detail to clear any confusion. Made sure we received the best deals and services we could get. 10/10 would come to this location every time to get a new phone.

These guys have been great! Randy found me a new phone, updated my account and adjusted my storage and had me set up in no time! Chyna today helped me with a screen protector that got damaged and handled my trade in. Always a good experience here.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! The RSC person Chyna was so helpful and knowledgable. Went in to trade in a phone for my husband and left with a new phone for myself too?? and DIRECT TV. So glad we came in today. She saved us so much money!

Buyer’s Beware!!!!My dad and I went to this location yesterday to upgrade his phone. The phone was upgraded to my mom’s number instead of his! My mom is in Reno. By the time we left, neither my dad’s phone nor my mom’s worked. The AT&T employee seemed new and in over her head. She was alone and had to keep locking the door after each guest entered. The employee was very nice and tried hard to help. She mentioned more than once that her boss wouldn’t let her work past 8:05! Seriously! Her boss should have had her pay my dad back the $100 he spent on accessories for all the hardship!My parents are in their 70s and were completely overwhelmed by the mix up. Today, my dad went back to this store. During the transfer all my dad’s contacts and picture were lost. The employee was unsympathetic and unable to activate my mom’s number in Reno so she had to go to AT&T there.They have both had to waste hours on this. DO NOT go to this location! I went there because it was less busy than the one by the mall. Now I see why!!!
