“Brought my wife's Chevy Traverse in for maintenance. Had them do a full inspection which was very comprehensive with detailed information and photographs. I had them do some needed work on both front and rear brakes, flush out steering lines, brake lines, injector cleaning, change oil and change cabin filter. Traverse is running great, we are very happy to have found a shop that we can call 'our' mechanic. I also bring my Chevy Silverado hd2500 diesel 4x4, which required a lot of engine work. It was costly but so worth it. I haven't felt my truck run this good for at least a decade. I am very, very pleased! The owners and staff are great, friendly, easy going and so knowledgeable. They are my shop for all of my vehicles, they have earned my trust.”

The mechanics are all knowledgeable and treated my vehicle with respect and care. The work is 100 percent completed in a timely manner with expert knowledge and commitment to me! Carlax gives me straight answers and quotes. The prices are fair and explained thoroughly on top of that after the quote if they find they didn’t need to use a filter or the vehicle didn’t actually need something originally on the quote YOU are not charged! You wont find an honest mechanic like this unless you come to CARLAX! Each and every time I’ve come in Grace and the others have been polite, caring and helpful. The work here is dependable and seasoned mechanics are reliable that have worked for CARLAX year after year a refreshing comfort. I know my vehicle is safe here. I wont take it anywhere else. “Fantastic spot, come here for my exhausts all the time. Had a catback, a full fab, and a repair. After checking the reviews I decided to leave one. I would absolutely go here to get my exhaust done for a fourth time and so on. The work is done well and efficient. If I’m being honest hearing my car start up loud as h3Ll and sounding fantastic means more to me then how pretty a weld looks for an exhaust fabrication in the 130-200 range. They let you choose the angle and all while not taking long to complete a good job that I’m still as happy hopping in my cars as I was the first time hearing it completed. Really cool wait room too. These guys even fixed my trunk, reliable place!”

“So we got a Kia soul that had car troubles coming from arizona. We took it in and Robert gave us a $95 diagnostics fee, he quickly found out the clutch and transmission were bad. The price ended up being more costly than what the car was worth. We decided to say goodbye to the soul and Robert had waived the 95 dollar diagnostics fee. He is an honest guy and a very quick at his craft.”

“i was driving on the freeway from Long Beach on my way to Lancaster to my sisters house when i got a flat tire. Me being alone i began to look for my car jack and realized i had a piece of my jack missing meaning I wouldn't be able to change my tire no one stop to help and it was getting late almost 6pm. I decided to get off and ride down the street and it was empty and i pulled over incase someone would help and nothing. I then proceeded to go down the road and found LJ Automotive i asked the gentleman if he could help me and he then said they didn't do tires there and he then asked if i had the spare to which I responded i did he then got up and helped me out by changing out my tire. I was so grateful because not only did he change my tire for me he also didn't charge me a dime. i work a part time and i also attended school. This summer i have been unemployed so all i had was 25 dollars to my name and i was willing to pay it for help. This gentleman was so kind i held back my tears of how grateful i was because it was like he knew my situation. If he gets to see this thank you so much may god continue to bless your kind heart and your business.”

When I arrived to pick it up, they charged me LESS than my quote because they said that a needed part came with something already ordered. Their communication was excellent and clear. Great customer service and a good experience. And my AC is perfect again!”

I called 10 tire shops this morning and Tony’s beat everyone’s prices, had the tires in stock and got me in and out in 45 minutes with two new tires!
