Went there to pick up some oil. I asked to use the restroom. Manager stated she does not let customers use the restroom.
I've been in a whole bunch of autozone since i've never had a problem She just repeated herself. So I told her she's making up rules and she looked at me like so I had to bust out my employee. ID because I as well work for autozone. And then she changed her attitude pretty quick. And then told me oh, if you're an employee, you can go ahead and use it.
Even though at the time I was not at my store or on the clock. Even though they have two bathrooms

Yesterday I brought in my Chrysler 300, and the manager (forgot his name he’s newer) came out and helped me solve the minor problem with great customer service and care. I also meant the district manager and told her he’s doing amazing! (Sorry for forgetting his name this took place yesterday.)

Kili , Steven , Abraham , Delvin , Salinna, Ashley , and Yasmin , Cassandra also the store manager Jasmin , have just horrible customer service.. they kinda didn’t really engage in what I needed help with and no one wanted me to help install my battery and they kind of just disregarded the fact that I was handicapped and was using crutches , then I heard Kili and delvin , Steven , making fun of my condition and it hurt me deeply , just wasn’t really excited about the customer service they were giving off , I guess they were watching a football game on the computer and didn’t want to help at all , while leaving I noticed it smelt like cannabis and I seen Kili and the staff smoking I believe is a vape pen in the store , and The store manager jasmin asked if she can take “ a hit “ it was really unfortunate and uncomfortable to see a company act this way I hope this gets resolved

First time going to this store and WHAT A DIFFERENCE than the other locations. Here they truly want to help you. I needed something simple as windshield wipers replaced on my truck. Well with new trucks now they are not as simple to replace as the OG trucks of the past. So, I needed help to figure out what was I doing wrong in simply removing the wipers for replacement. So Yasmin from the store came out and removed the wipers with the knowledge locating a small hidden clip that snapped the wipers on and off. She located the new wipers in the store for me and then went out and put them on my truck. Crazy as it sounds I truly believe the TOOL MAN (Tim Allen) would’ve had trouble until shown-Lol What great customer service by Yasmin and the crew there. Everybody (all girl staff I might add) was amazingly helpful with smiles. Thanks Yasmin and Company. :-)

AutoZone that I was EXTREMELY impressed by one of your employees. His name was Mr. Delvin Gallimore. Thisgentlemen was the epitome of a polished professional. He was very polite to me and eager to help me. What reallyimpressed me - was that he knew exactly what I needed and was very smart in his field of expertise. His passionand friendly attitude is what everyone should aspire to be. Mr. Devin Gallimore is at the top of his game. He shouldbe an example of what everyone at AutoZone should be. He didn't just raise the bar - he shot it in the stratosphere. Thankyou Mr. Delvin Gallimore for helping me out.
