Oscar the mechanic at AV Auto Performance Garage is it honest, commutative, hard-working, and will do his best to get you the best deal for the best work.
I took my Toyota Camry lemon there on a couple of occasions and Oscar has been nothing but honest, and has done everything he can to work with me on labor, and communicate to me all of my available options.
I will certainly be going back to Oscar for the services and tell my friends to go check him out as well for their auto mechanic needs.

This review is overdue! I've been going to Oscar since last year and brought him all my cars.
A little backstory: I have a 1970 Challenger. I had a string of bad luck, and the last four mechanics charged me a significant amount of money for the work on my car, but they didn't fix the problem or make it worse. I was so disappointed, upset, and discouraged that I considered selling my Challenger.
I decided to take a chance on one more mechanic someone suggested to me on the AV Facebook group. That mechanic was Oscar (AV Auto Performance Garage). He not only fixed my car and got it running WAY BETTER, but the customer experience was top-tier (friendly, honest, and great communication).
Since I have brought ALL my cars to Oscar, I will continue to do so!
He is very trustworthy, honest, respectful not to mention reasonable pricing.

A rare find!Mechanics like Oscar are rare to find who are honest and tell you the pros & cons. Make sure to give him a call upon arrival. I almost got scammed by another shop pretending they worked with AV Auto Performance Garage ?

Oscar is by far one of the best mechanics I have dealt with in the antelope valley and trust me I know a few ?? but Oscar gets a 10/10 everything on point , very respectful , and great communication. I own a bmw and Any issue I had he dealt with it no problem and I appreciate that if you need any work done I’d recommend seeing him for sure ?✅

Av performance is a good shop I took my gti for a timing and valve job and my car is running better than ever. He is straight up and informative. Will definitely be coming back for future jobs

Yes I’ve been taking my car to av performance and he does excellent work had a problem with car cutting off and Oscar stuck with it kept me updated until the problem was fixed real professional work he’s my mechanic and does a really great job I would recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a trustworthy mechanic and that’s hard to find now days do take your car to him and you won’t be disappointedServices: General repairs & maintenance
