The cashier area is not crowded.
The only thing that I don't like is the fact that you have to make an appointment for everything, like opening an account, change your checking account, or make certain transactions.”

“I had the opportunity to be part of the Wescom family for 3 years. During that time, I have sought a personal loan, and auto loan through them. The process has always been quick and transparent. Their interest rates and additional perks are a major plus in why I continue to do business with them. Everyone at the branch office is friendly and eager to help. Also recently I had my son join Wescom and leave their major bank institution so he could also start a relationship and get the same service we are accustomed to. I would not go back to my other bank.”
“A couple of weeks ago I visited the branch with my mom and my child, and we had the pleasure of working with Ryan D. I wanted to recognize him for the excellent service he provided.
Ryan was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout our visit. He really took the time to help us with everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of.
What stood out the most was how thoughtful he was—my child was very thirsty, and Ryan even went over to Starbucks to get us some water. That small act of kindness meant a lot and truly made our experience memorable.

“Love it. Had a horrible time with Chase, just trying to get my elderly mother to set up an account... Chase required all kinds of absurd proofs of residency that an elderly person who just moved won't have. After 3 tries with Chase, I gave up... Called this Wells Fargo and talked to a nice guy named Daniel. He told me all I needed was two forms of ID from my mother, and the money to fund the account. We met with a great person who really took the time with my mother. She was very patient and kind. Even when my mother asked her for advice for a hair cut, she was super kind and took the time to ask around and tell her where she might get a good hair cut. :) 40 minutes or so later, we had mom's bank account setup. I should have come here first... I wasted 3 weeks with Case. This is a major win, and I'm considering moving my bank of america accounts over to wells fargo.”

The folks who do the hiring know their stuff. They hire great people, all too rare in many places today.”
“Just opened an account with them online, came in to deposited cash and overall the lady was helpful and professional. I see all these negative comments and everyone acts differently but for me straight forward and simple.
She was able to give me a temp check deposits just fine great people. All I can complain about really is the interior it’s out dated old and small. If they could only revamp that new color make it cozy clean it up a bit new items that’d be great. Otherwise for my personal use it’s good can’t complain about.”
