The woman that ended up helping both my mother and me out was so genuinely empathetic and invested in helping us with our situation. I really wish I could remember what her name was. She was wearing a super cute, pink disney princess mask. Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to ensure that we could get help getting our money back for a few cancelled flights. I really apologize for not getting a chance to learn and remember your name, but I truly thank you for having such a kind spirit and being so understanding of our situation. She mentioned some of her family members were in the same boat with the whole covid airline voucher nonsense. I hope they will also be able to figure their situation out. I look forward to continuing my business at this location and maybe even opening an account myself with them in the future. Keep up the awesome work over there. “I generally avoid having to go inside banks at all costs but due to an online wire transfer I initiated getting flagged I needed to make the trip in. After speaking with a representative over the phone I was advised that the transfer would not be completed for 1-2 business days which would have blown up the refinance I was at the final stages of after a 60 day uphill battle. Upon entering the branch I was greeted by Michele who quickly understood and took ownership of my situation. About 15 minutes later the wire was out of my account and the refinance closed today without issue. While I don't plan on becoming a consistent in branch customer it's a relief knowing that when situations arise they have diligent knowledgeable people in this branch to assist.”

“Jimmy is very accommodating. We set up an account here and he helped us from the beginning til we get everything sorted out. He’s very resourceful making sure I’ll get the help I needed on my appointment. Altho getting an appointment with him is quite challenging, I think because everybody likes to get things done with him so he’s always booked out lol we actually waited for 2 weeks just to be able to be assisted by him only. Lol thanks Jimmy, and to the staff who always welcome us every time we arrive at the bank.”

“This place has always been fine for my family. We all have accounts here and the service is exactly as you would expect. On paydays, Fridays/Saturdays, it is busy, seems like everyone has a small window to get their banking done. Any other time is fairly quick and easy.They require masks, and people who are tossing low ratings for that are objectively rotten people who want to put you and yours at risk, if they follow through and stop bringing their money to this bank, it will be all the better for it.It’s a shopping center bank branch, working people working, and dealing with other working people. Don’t expect 5th avenue banking, but it does the job and does it well.”

“So far off to a good start - standing in a long line (five at the door before opened) holding the heavy bag of coins and they came out and took it in the back for me so I didn't have to hold it while I waited!!! Sounds like nothing but it was such a relief and comfort because I'm "young" but my back is 90 so the bag of coins was causing some discomfort which they really helped alleviate ! To me that is a sign if great service!! So the hole process was quick and easy!!! They will be my location moving forward !”

“My wife and I were scheduled for 1pm to see the notary. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a notary. There was a little confusion, and a bit of frustration on my end at first. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I'm horrible with names, but one of the gals, confirmed she called us hours before our appointment to notify us of the cancelation/reschedule issue. The staff took to the phones, and did their absolute best to find us another location to see a notary. The staff were able to scheduled us for tomorrow at another branch. I'd just like to say, I truly appreciate the effort of everyone that jumped in to assist us. Things don't always work out exactly the way we hope they do. But we should all be grateful for good things, and appreciate the good in people.”

“I love this branch. I am fairly new to chase bank but every time that I have been to this branch the staff have been friendly and very accommodating. I want to use one of the ATMs to make a deposit and one dollar bill was rejected. Instead of getting in the long line to make a deposit for one dollar, I asked one lady sitting at a desk it would be possible for her to change the dollar. She immediately got it from her desk and said sure went to one of the windows and exchange the dollar bill for me and save me a lot of time I'm standing in the line to make a one dollar deposit. This type of help and kindness is typical of this branch.”
