“My wife and I were scheduled for 1pm to see the notary. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a notary. There was a little confusion, and a bit of frustration on my end at first. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I'm horrible with names, but one of the gals, confirmed she called us hours before our appointment to notify us of the cancelation/reschedule issue. The staff took to the phones, and did their absolute best to find us another location to see a notary. The staff were able to scheduled us for tomorrow at another branch. I'd just like to say, I truly appreciate the effort of everyone that jumped in to assist us. Things don't always work out exactly the way we hope they do. But we should all be grateful for good things, and appreciate the good in people.”
