Bath & Body Works is a wonderful place with helpful and kind employees. The store associates are ready to help put together the perfect gift or find the perfect scent, showing great patience and professionalism. Many workers are described as super helpful, super kind, super patient, and welcoming. They guide customers through scents and never rush them, even at closing. The store itself is very neat and organized, filled with hundreds of quality products and fragrant scents. However, there can be some confusion with separate lines for cash and card payments, which a customer felt was not the best idea. On rare occasions, a worker may not be helpful, but the overwhelming experience is positive. Customers love the store and wish the best for its very helpful employees.

Bath & Body Works has me smelling good each and every day! I get so many compliments! I'm part of the reward program, and I must say those free items always come at the right time!
