In 2024 and in California, yes, I Felt discriminated at the highest point. The manager or person in charge Was checking up on every minute at the clearance section because I’m Hispanic/Latin looking and cause we spoke Spanish. Yet I do have many ethnicities and races in my blood. Yet another person that came in with their dog and their bag and being sneaky was not treated any differently because she was appeared to be Caucasian. Very disappointing. And yes we did spend a lot of money and that lady only bought one thing. You mistreated us for no reason. And it’s unfair

Love love this place always such a warm welcome and yes the scents are magnificent. Everyone was so nice especially Eric so sweet, super helpful and knowledgeable on all products, thanks for helping me out.

Oh my gosh! The employees were very helpful here. I'd like to thank Nia especially because she really went out of her way to help build a perfect mother's day gift set (even getting a basket to carry everything and guide me through scents). My experience here was absolutely great. I can't remember the gentleman who helped my brother get something for my sister but they were very kind too. Love this store and only wish those employees the best.

Who doesn't love bath & body works. Although, maybe didn't see the sign, but it's not cavi to get in line and then be told when you get to the register that you're in the wrong line .... Cash, card.... whatever! Put a bigger sign up or something. Or better yet, make sure each "cashier" can do their job adequately because separating lines that was let's the entire store know who has cash. In today's environment, a big red flag that says cash payer isn't the best of ideas especially when women and girls are your main customer base....

Look, I get the associates have a job to do but being swarmed by one after the other trying to get me to smell different things and putting a basket in my hand is not how I want to shop. It seemed like the associates were waiting like vultures and I likely won't go back because my daughter got extremely overwhelmed.

Wonderful place with wonderful workers except the new one Thomas it’s his first day and literally mad dogged me when asking for help so I went to someone else, I advise if you go and need help go to anybody else. Keith was super helpful and super kind also super patient helping me go through many scents to find the one I love. All the workers besides Thomas were welcoming and kind ?
