If I could give no stars I would I can't believe I spend close to 2000 a year at this location and I get treated like trash by seasonal staff. They don't give two #*#*$ about you wanting to check your prices while the cashier rings your items up. I was looked at funny when I first walked in only to be rushed by the cashier when making it to the register. I also spent 70 dollars in the store the day before told the manger that I had a used candle that wouldn't stay lit. She told me I could return it for a even exchange so when I bring the candle back today it was a different story and different staff after traveling far. I will be returning all of the items on Mon ever 130 dollar's of it . I will not be treated like spit by anyone ande retuning this stuff will show . Bathe and body you will loose customers with careless attitudes worker's mark my words

If I could give negative stars, I would. The employees behind the register are super rude. They don’t acknowledge you or great you, they just stare at you with dirty looks and talk about you to each other. Once they do acknowledge you, they give you attitude and are unbelievably rude. There’s a big difference between this store and the one in the mall, customer service doesn’t exist at this store. I definitely won’t be coming back here. Save yourself from having a terrible experience and go to the store in the mall, they at least treat you like a human being there. Also, there’s a wider selection of products at the mall location.

Literally the worst customer service. Usually when you go inside Bath and Body Works the employees greet you. No one greeted me this time no problem, so I'm looking around for hand sanitizer. I only see one little small bucket of hand sanitizer. I see two employees one I believe is the manager, and another employee. I ask them if there are any more hand sanitizers. The women who appears to be a manager, looked at me and looked down back at her papers, the other lady just stared at me. I laughed because, they didn't respond to me at all which was weird. The employee then said what scent are you looking for I told her any scent and she then showed me the hand sanitizer. The lady that appeared to be the manager did not speak a word at all to me, and completely ignored me, horrible horrible, horrible customer service. I just walked out and left and I will not be returning back. Also, their doors are boarded down. It looks like the store is not open but it is still open. FYI.

My experience today was awesome. There was a young lady, the cashier, as a matter of fact, who turned into a boss lady , she began to shift gears , the line was long and as far as I could tell it was only 2 people working out front , this cashier who's name I can't remember right now went to work , she ran 2 registers with a smile and she made getting the job done look easy. My hat off to you young lady for bossing up. You go gurl ? ? ? ❤️
