Big 5 Sporting Goods is a traditional sporting goods store offering a broad selection of athletic shoes, apparel, accessories, and equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, and recreation. The staff is noted for being great, courteous, friendly, and providing great help, promptly retrieving items and handling warranty issues with a smile. Customers report a great experience and a great store. While some prices are noted as too high, the store has sales every week, allowing for good purchases like a canopy bought on discount. It remains a reliable place to find specific items and great alternatives.
