This review is for Andre Mcdonald License #0A99570. This man has single-handedly saved me from a giant headache having to deal with this hazard insurance stuff. He has gone ABOVE and BEYOND with his service and makes a person feel as if it just part of his job. Honestly, if he is like this with me, I can imagine how he is with everybody. Usually, I will also put in work as a customer to do right by my part so whoever works with me can see that I am doing what I can so they can feel good about being a good sales person... but Andre did EVERYTHING without the extra enticement hahaha... He even went to my house to do a job that was needed ASAP when he didnt have too... he just has an amazing disposition and is a huge asset of enormous value to Allstate, or any company he decides to work for and with. We have been with allsate for more then 20 years. When my husdand and sons were in accident they didn't cancel us even thou we had no car. They are so helpful and nice. Thank you for everthing you do.

This is an amazing insurance agency, Kim Root is the best insurance agent and will go above and beyond to help you with any insurance need you should encounter. I love having a live agent who you can talk to and go see in the office for any reason. This is why I will never switch to any online insurance company. Hands down the best out there. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands with Allstate!

Made a arrangement for a payment. They didn't do it. It ended up costing me alot of money. And they still put their hand out for more money.
