“Best experience ever renting a car. Started online, had so many cars available versus the other rental company starting with an E had absolutely nothing available. And this was on a Saturday in the afternoon. Got there, and the two employees were so welcoming and so nice. We just laughed and talked and I still got out of there so quickly. It was the easiest rental I've ever had. Returning the car was a breeze and they were just as nice. I will definitely only be renting from this location as long as I live in this area.”
“It was my first time renting a car here at Budget rent a car. First I read there policies then the required documents I would need to rent the car finally how mush the deposit would be. Drivers license,credit or debit card 250.00 deposit plus the price of the rental I prepaid online. I reserved a car for 24 hr total price was 42.00. Next day I go to pick up the car, Victor and Victor took care of me gave them my name license debit card l was out the door with the key to a Kia Forte Very nice car in less than 10 min. Now that's Customer Service . They deserve 10 Stars. Thanks Again you guys. If you need a car this is the place.”
“The rating was mainly due to them being open on Sunday which is super convenient! Service was good Straight forward and the precheckMade everything easy. Only complain would be that the car wasn’t clean interior or out, but nothing that couldn’t be over looked. From the convince of being able to return it on Sunday ( they’re the only ones open that day) to filling out info online before coming in and the ease of the returning. I’d recommend this place and the prices were great.”

“They seem to be a lil understaffed but the staff members are nice & try their best to get you in & out. The car I rented had glitches. The screen to monitor my speed would go completely black at times but other than that no complaints”
