I’ve seen cleaner pharmacies than this one. It’s really bad. I don’t even wanna go in and then they have lunch hours which all of them go together, which is really a bad scheduling.

I appreciate my local CVS staff, for listening to my concerns regarding my medicine and going above and beyond to help me. The staff at CVS was very attentive and made me feel like they respected my concerns.

A long wait in line, no one greeted me at all. another staff was hanging products in the shelf, she didn't acknowledge me either. Waited forever to be told they aren't a full service UPS drop off locations because they don't take unboxed packages. If I had an issue with my long wait and their inability to send my package back to Amazon I could speak to the manager. She referred me to a full service Ups on 47th st.Maybe you could post on your website that you don't take packages without boxes or labels.

A quick stop to pick up a prescription for my dad. This location is a decent size. It does seem a little run down from past visits. It's located in a centralized shopping center with grocery stores and other services nearby. Along with a gas station, fast food and sit down restaurants. My main stop was the pharmacy at cvs. The pharmacy technicians are all hard workers who serve the community well. Everyone behind the counter is vital to this city and they were all assisting customers upon my visit. Helping those who need extra care just to make it through the day. I appreciate their attentive service. They are all kind souls. As we age we come to a respectful understanding and appreciation to one of our most important assets, our health.

Please speed up the register check out lines! I have walked out many times because the lines were too long and I just didn't have the patience you're losing a lot of money because people don't have the patience to stay in a long line so they just leave!!

Tiffany and the young lady in blonde highlights working at the Pharmacy deserve to get fired, beyond unprofessional and strictly rude. Cannot assist any of the people coming in for their prescriptions and when asked questions disregard any importance for proper medical handling. This is what as a pharmacist you are taking on as a responsibility. As a manager of a department or business this is strictly a no go. Will be elevating this issue on to a higher level for importance because this is an issue if someone takes their medication improperly due to negligence by a pharmacist.

Cvs always saved the day. Medications are always fast and anything quick I need I can grab everyone is sweet and always helping out

The staff member the girls in the cashier are arrogant. When I was at the cashier she said “ oh I am going to my break now” and I waited like 20 min to someone come to the cashier and she was so rude. Looks like they are not being pay enough to treat the customer good! Never coming back to this CVS. They have to hire better people.
