First I will start with the positives. It is the quickest service out of every local cvs location. So long as I go when they are open I hardly have to wait longer than 15 minutes to get medications. Being inside of the target makes it even more convenient as I can get everything I need in one trip.Now for the slight downsides. Employees are typically professional, but not always the nicest. Slightly rude sometimes. There are a few good ones.Next, there is not a clear designated line/waiting spot. you have to line up in front of the gastro medicine section and hope you won't need to move. The windows themselves are so close together you can only really have one person at a time. Otherwise no real privacy as you can see what's on the screen next to you.Besides these things not your worst option , but also not the greatest.

Ridiculous in terms of obtaining needed items. I signed up for the flu and new Covid vaccines and went to my appointment only to be told they were "out of stock." They sent me a notification AFTER my appointment time that they were "out of stock." So I drove to the big CVS 24 hour pharmacy in Lancaster and got both vaccines without an appointment. Then my vet called in a prescription for my dog and when I went in they said it was on order but it "might not arrive." Unbelievable. They told me to try Walgreens. Sad that my regular insurance has CVS as my prescription pharmacy. Two stars because workers are nice.

Horrible Customer service!!! My first time there at this CVS. I moved and the CVS I went to was always a 5Star! But at this first time visit the Young lady that helped us was so lazy that when I asked for the price of this OTC item, she asked me to leave the line and go scan the OTC med on one of the isles to get a price! Seriously! So, when I asked her to just do at the register at the pharmacy where I was at she rolled her eyes and told me the price. It was so horrible. They never answer the phone there. I sent a complaint in to CVS Corp. let’s see if that helps.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing is ever ready, the wait time is terrible and every prescription I have ever had called in has never been filled until I go in person and ask. They should close this pharmacy it's the worst.

Called to check on my doctors prescription and was talking to the pharmacist Lawrence Sheri. I was just asking simple questions and he was incredibly rude. When he started to get inpatient with me I asked his name. Then hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. Don't recommend!

I actually rate them -20 * hers why...I went in to pick up my wife medication was told be ready in 1 hour is told them well I'll have to come back Monday morning then to pick up was told no problem will be ready sooooo guess what they still DON'T have her medication ready was told "they still working on it that'll be ready in 30 minutes" told them ok I'll be back to get them later willing to bet when I walk back into that store it still will NOT be ready this seems be ongoing promenade with this location as I've been told in past " we working on it" yet was called days before like seriously WTAF they do on this place

This location should close down. Made an appointment days ahead for a vaccine for my daughter who was home from college. Got there and was told there was no appointment. I literally had to show the email confirmation and text. I had to repeat the name of the vaccine and assist the employee with the spelling. Then she told me that they did not have it in but another location did. I asked her if she could just call that location to let them know that I had an appointment but their location was out of the vaccine. She told me she could not do that. What happened to being courteous??? They did not have the vaccine. The least she could have done was call to let the other location know so we wouldn't have to start from scratch to try to get another appointment. Please hire professionals who know how to provide efficient customer service.

CVS mission " help people on their path to better health" THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! They don't listen to your questions. I've seen them close the gate on an old lady. she tries her hardest to rush to the front of the Pharmacy; they close the gate in front of her. They need to close this CVS.

Lady on the phone was super helpful, target pharmacies are the best, usually no wait time. Prescription was ready within minutes

Ride and unorganized. Call to tell you to come in at a specific time and date for a prescription and then tell you to wait over an hour when you show up days after it was supposedly ready. Sean S., the pharmacist is rude and unhelpful.
