While waiting in the pharmacy's waiting area, the workers were too engrossed in discussing weight loss with each other that they completely forgot about me. Despite being the only person in line, I waited for nearly 45 minutes before they finally remembered to attend to me. However, I refrained from approaching the staff as the drop-off lady had a bad attitude, and I didn't want to risk any mishandling of my medication. Adhering to my two golden rules of not annoying individuals who handle food or medication, I decided against complaining. Nevertheless, I won't be returning to this particular pharmacy location as I learned my lesson.

The Pharmacy employees and Pharmacist have been great! Have been going there for years. Pharmacist Calvin is wonderful in helping me. They all try to give the best service.

Horrible customer service. Two of the pharmacy employees didn't have good customer service skills. I politely asked one of the staff members if they had a key to the restroom and he answered that he had to open for me in a moody tone. Then, I made line for consultation for my 9 year old daughter, and the same staff tried to help me. He probably couldn't help me so he told another staff member the symptoms to help me. That new staff member didn't even give me eye contact, she was leaning down picking up some items from the bottom shelve, and told me to go to a specific isle to look for over the counter meds that could help me with my symptoms. I expressed my complain to the manager and she said she would talk to the staff member. Hopefully, they improve their customer service.

Today my wife & I waited in line for over 45 minutes. All we needed to do was drop off my wife's prescription. When I finally got to the window I handed the prescription to the young pharmacist. He told me that it would be filled in 2 hours which I was okay because I wanted to take my wife home. My wifey had surgery and she was in pain. We got up a 3:30 am and it was now almost 3:00 am. As I am getting ready to leave, another pharmacist comes to the window and tells me that my wife needed to come inside. He stated he needed to call the doctor and that my wife needed to be present. I explained that she was in pain and couldn't stand for long. Also it was raining hard. He then said fine then you need to come in or I won't fill it. I was so irritated at that fact that he was so rude and inconsiderate. Then again most of the staff at this CVS is the same way. So now I am standing in line for someone to help me. Finally the rude pharmacist calls me up and says someone will call the doctor who prescribed the medicine. My wife also called the doctors office and had the staff call the pharmacy. The rude pharmacist ignored me when I told him someone just called regarding my wife's prescription. I waited for 35 minutes inside CVS without an answer to my wife's prescription. The rude pharmacist was trying to leave to lunch without telling me the status. Finally he says ok the prescription is ready. You need to have you ID. Then he leaves to lunch without telling anyone where he put the prescription. Another pharmacist found it and they rang me up for own medication. There was one more medications that they didn't fill nor did they acknowledge was missing. When o got to my house they call to tell my wife the second prescription is ready. Talk about horrible customer service. I am considering to go elsewhere since they don't care about their customers.

A lot better than Walmart pharmacy At least here they usually have the meds you need and not have to wait days for it We had to wait once on some meds to be ordered but it's not been something that happens on a regular basis I had a great experience so I must share After a major dental procedure I went to drop off my prescriptions Needless to say I had a ride there I was in pain and feeling groggy to my surprise I was offered to have my prescription filled right away I was ecstatic Not having to return to pick it up & having my pain meds ready on hand before I had a real need for them It was ready in about 10 minutes 10 stars to the pharmacy tech I wish I would have gotten a name

They have been sending me messages that one of my meds is ready for pickup for 10 days now, but every time I go to the pharmacy to pick it up, It's never there. I even show the pharmacists the messages and they don't know why they're not getting the refill reminders. Other refills I need are always there, and I even have surpluses of them, but this one med is rather important. Disappointed it's not there yet. Sad, really.

The store employees here are terribly rude. I was buying a bottle of liquor and when I reached the register I noticed the cap was broken. I told the cashier and said I would exchange it but she wouldn't let me. I asked to speak with her manager and she was just as rude . It made no sense why they wouldn't just let me grab another one. I then played the race card and they just took it to a whole nother level. So I demanded a refund and went across to rite aid. I will never shop here again!!

Pharmacy sucks here, service is super slow and it's only one or two of us..The front cashier is rude with attitude like you're ruining her day. I go to the CVS Pharmacy inside the super Target. Much more efficient and friendly!

People are nice here it's just annoying that it takes soooo long for the drive thru. They only use one lane. I think they should use the outside lane for drop offs only because I've sat behind a car for 15-20 mins waiting.

Some of the staff at this Target/CVS are super helpful and ready to assist the customers. However they have a few staff members that are seriously atrocious when it comes to assisting people getting their medication. Hesitate to switch since the prices are good due to the Target location. There's a stand alone CVS across the street and their pricing on the same drugs is RIPOFF city. More proof of America's healthcare disaster.
