I always have problems with their pharmacy. So after reading a comment down below I tried target. A complete different experience. The pharmacy called the Dr. to clarify things and assist us. She did this naturally without having to say anything. Extremely polite and considerate. CVS actually insulted my brother who was sent to drop off the prescription. After telling him that he was being extremely unprofessional and he agreed I asked him if they was a way to resolve the issue. It was easily resolved. Why argue and make insults when there was a solution to fix the problem? This lack of situational awareness and understanding is beyond me and they have the nerve to insult my brother but don’t understand what their job consist of.

Valerie, who works cashier and assists with photo printing, went out of her way to help us! I would highly recommend her for a manager promotion. Extremely caring, professional, and knowledgeable! Five star service, and also provided super helpful info for how to find our missing pet that worked!

Uber driver review:
Stop locking your items up, no one os going to steal anything. You refuse to help when an item is locked and I needed to pick up for delivery. I waited a half hour for help and had to cancel the order. I don’t even get paid to wait. I should charge CVS for the trouble.

Pharmacy techs and staff are impatient, demeaning and all about themselves. Poor customer service and a belittling attitude towards elderly people. Example of how pharmacy staff parks. Leaving limited parking for guests. The personality type that takes up two spots in a lot is the same type you get at the counter. All about them, not about the customer.
