We passed by two associates when we walked in, and neither one acknowledged us. We went to the shoe department it was organized and clean. Great customer from both guys working in that department. I went to restroom and it was so disgusting. There was no excuse for the mess that early in the day if ever. No TP, trash full just gross. I said forget it and we left after buying shoes. * Forgot to mention I asked a sales associate where the restroom was. He told me but left out the fact it needed a code to enter. So then I was looking for any associate to give me the code I needed. It was a major pain. 2/26/24

These guys always have what I need for pickleball and nice workout equipment. I bought a new bike from them it was not shifting and they let me return It for a new one.

This place looks clean. Thats all the positive you can say about it. No clients, high prices and nobody to help you despite them claiming to be sending someone. I went there with my 5 yr old and asked for help with kids bikes. All kids bikes were either 20 high or had zero air to try. After 20 min of being promised someone will help, we left. You go there to be videotaped from the time you park to the time you drive away.

The sales associates at this store is beyond rude. They act like the do not understand what you are asking. They females huff and puff if you have a preference over another brand. They manager took a long to address an issue and appears to be uninterested like his job is locked in. They have customer pickup confused with parking un safe in the red in the driveway to the mall. If you are uncomfortable with parking in the red they get upset and if you do park in the red you block other customers from traveling safely and legally. I was met with attitudes because the ladies at the front cash register did not have on name tags on like the other employees and I asked their names and they became verbally aggressive which was uncalled for… I will reconsider this location in the future because of the attitudes for no reason by the associates. Smh they so rude

The store alarm goes off every night and all I ever get is we have rats and the motion detector sounds off the alarm. This issue has been brought up many times to the store manager and the manager on duty, and they refuse to give me corporates number.

Went to find some running shoes, whole rigmarole took at least an hour. The store was desolate, yet the shoe attendant would run off at every opportunity and could not be found for 15 mins at a time. I must order my size at the front desk, so I'm prompted to take a picture of the bar code and show the cashier. It being the wrong barcode on the shoe I am then sent back to fetch the shoe and investigate the barcode myself. After playing Batman, I am then caught between the two cashiers flirty banter whilst I'm standing there awkwardly waiting for him to give just me the damn receipt; not hold me prisoner to their zesty innuendo. I don't care if they're banging in the dressing room, I'm a simple woman with a simple need to purchase some quality running shoes without wasting an hour of my life force doing it.

I have been wanting a yeti bag for the longest time and I've been a long time customer for dicks and have spent hundreds dicks sporting goods. Recently i googled yeti tote bag 35 and noticed a local retailer is selling them online on sale for $127 compared to the price dicks has which is $150, so i called dicks in Palmdale to inquire regarding a price match. I was given a hard time from the employee from the beginning but what really got to me was the fact that the employee told me that "if it's such price ($127) at another store then why don't i buy it from them ?" That's not a appropriate way on handling such situation, you're sending the customers who support you and your business away somewhere else instead of helping. I only called to inquire and was told to go somewhere else. I did up going later that night to follow up on the price match but as i was in the store i felt uncomfortable and did not go through with the purchase as i was watched by a employee who kept passing by me looking at me. He seemed annoyed with me being there after i explained to him for the reason me being there and the price match and at the end i just walked out the store disappointed.

PUT UP YOUR PRICE TAGS!There are WAY too many items missing a price tag.... I understand they can't tag each item individually, but at the very least, there should be a price label on the shelf or peg or fixture where the merchandise is situated.The store is enormous and departments are rather expensive. It's hard to believe the margins are sufficient to keep the store open, but missing price tags is pretty unacceptable--docked 2 stars for that, and they lose an extra star because of the staff's displeasure with you constantly asking for a price check.

Thank You so much Manager Nichole who worked with us and helped us locate a receipt through customer Service she is a great manager in addition she provided great customer service and I would recommend if any one had issues with anything she would be the one to go to. I went to here last week to find football shoes for my son. We could not get any employee to help us. When I found the manager she just referred me to the tablet to find the product I want and size, then push a button for assistance for some one to help. We did that and no one came out. I found the same manager and told her. She didn't care she just redirected me back to the same process. I left and went to Big 5 on the other side of town. Where guess what? They actually had employees physically present and ready to help us out. They had great deals to so for now on I won't waist my time on a store that could careless about customer service

Alex, an employee at the store, would not unlock the bathroom for me. He said "they are locked right now". I walked all the way up to the front with my broken foot in a boot and got another employee to open up the bathroom. He said "no problem man they are fine to use". Thank you Miguel.

The Golf Rep and PGA Instructor, Chris Ayles installed my new putter grip with Aerospace Accuracy!!! Then, invited me into the swing room and gave an assessment of my swing. He has Such Great Knowledge of his craft that I Highly Recommend him to Anyone wanting to Improve their swing and game. ?????

Stopped at store to buy Tuff shoes for son (baseball Shoes). They only had the floor model available that many people have had their hands on (covid 19 stil exists). I have purchased many shoes and received many minor discount for a "display" model in my life. This Manager Sigi was not willing to do the right thing and provide a small discount. I hope losing a long term customer was worth saving $8. Lastly, he was not willing to spend his time initially and speak with me. I asked for the manager and the Team Lead was sent out. Do your job Mr. manager when duty calls get out of your office. More importantly when there so the right thing unlike today! Too bad for Dicks, I was going to buy my son new cleats next month. Promise you it won't be there. STOP having Customers pay full price for your display items!!!!! Garbage!!!! $100 says Big 5 would have done the right thing and provided a small discount.... Hey Big 5 you just gained a legit client. ;) Sigi, you need to rethink your approach. I wonder if this improves you bonus by denying the request......
