Rude customer service, they stare at you like if you are going to steal merchandise while you look at the merchandise, I don't need to steal, I'm very blessed, thank God. Most white staff here are racist and also look down at people.I love shopping at Bloomingdale's, they have great customer serv and get treated with reepect .I know what I have and have it! Don't have the need to steal, I fear God!

Prices are very high. I know this is a high end store, but even their clearance racks were expensive. No attendant at the dressing rooms.

Didn’t realize all sales are final if you remove the tag on the clothing and then don’t keep the tag. Very expensive lesson. Will never shop at Dillards again.

Came here to try some stuff out for a gift and this older woman working in the men's section would not stop looking at me. Which if I'm being honest, I kind of get. I've worked in retail for years and tons of people, from all types of background steal, especially expensive stuff. But it's what she did after that really got me. She took all the stuff I had tried on, counted it, and pretty much accused me of taking something when I even went through the trouble of folding and buttoning up all the stuff I tried. Really rude and made me feel super uncomfortable. I hate to pull the race card cause I myself am tired of hearing it but I know for a fact that if I had been a white older person like her, things would have gone a lot smoother. Learn to respect all people. And if someone does steal, that's what the security is there for.

So unorganized! I called 3 days in a row for shoes supposedly in stock then drove two hours because I called & Thomas told me they had a shoe in stock, once I got there they had the box with wrong shoes! I'm really upset about their poor work ethic & receiving misinformation
