Went to make a return & was advised that the manager was at lunch therefore unable to return until the manager return which in 10 mins. Unbelievable that the cashier or anothet employee was unable to perform such transaction, causing me to wait! It should be standard practice that multiple people in the store can preform such transaction. Furthermore, the manager that was on lunch was in store stocking the shelves but unable to assist me until she return from lunch! I guess dollar tree have a super employee selectively choosing type of work she will conduct during her lunch break, simply deplorable, lack of empathy for customer service.

Does not accept food stamps.
No notification in windows.
$45+ in food and I was turned away.
This is a type of bait and switch.
They don't mention it. Until you're rung up. Hoping you'll pay cash instead.
Despicable practices.
This is the only DT that i know, that doesn't accept stamps...

The staff, very rude, my 4-year-old child had to use the bathroom and I asked, they responded that their policy is that after 7:00pm they do not provide the bathroom, my son wet his pants, according to the law There must be an advertisement that supports the policies, I will consult with a lawyer ,today 04/10/23 7:00pm

I give five stars bc the of the cashier working just now. Some rude entitled Karen thought he was better than her and she handled it with grace and professionalism. She had seen the line was long and asked for next customer. As everyone knows, that means the next person, in order. This guy jumps everybody and doesn't ask, but tries TELLING her that no he can go next. The sheer entitlement and disrespect of this man thinking what he says goes and that the employees words do not matter had my blood boil. But the employee remained calm and non-reactive the entire time interacting . Props to her.
