I paid 20 dollars for a 2 days package delivery,it was a pair of orthopedic shoes,and guess what they stole my package,and didn't help me to get my package back, FedEx is worst than USPS

I ordered my laptop at Best Buy to be delivered to my house and FedEx was the one who was going to be delivering it. Well, my order says that my laptop is inside this facility however it has been there for the last 2 months leading me to believe that somebody at this FedEx stole my laptop. Best Buy has since reimbursed me for the laptop nevertheless someone at the store as a thief.
