Older lady with glasses told me my shoes would arrive before Christmas after I told her they were for my brother who is VISITING out of state leaving before the shoes arrive here. Very unprofessional the main reason I went to the mall was to get my shoes in time for him and this is not fair at all. And no one answers

I came to the store and ordered a pair of shoes that had to shipped because they didn't have the size I needed in store. 2 weeks later, they could not even locate the order in their system. I walked into the store to request a refund with my receipt in hand. The manager wrote all over my receipt, without permission, and told me that even though I paid in cash I would be mailed a check; for an order they can't even locate so it beats me how they'll be able to process a check.

I ordered shoes online to be picked up at this Macy's location. I check the app and it shows that the shoes were picked up, despite the fact that I was nowhere near the Macy's location on the date they listed my order as picked up. I don't know how they could allow another person to pick up the order when they're supposed to verify the pickup with a persons ID. Very shady. Avoid.

Amazing shoes for a great price. Loved the enthusiasm of the workers who you can tell they know their shoes. If you ever need some quality shoes or the latest once. This place will have it at a relatively cheap price. If recommend anyone to come and try atleast some shoes since you will find somerhign for you

I hate ordering CURBSIDE because usually it takes a long time and usually rude employees. But this time DESIREE change the game. She was amazing. Great customer service. Was super fast happy and so sweet. Makes way more comfortable to order from this Macy's again.

I was worried about coming to this location because of the lack of stars. Do not let this discourage you, there is an entirely new crew and they were all very attentive, nice and professional! They made my experience there so easy and comfortable. I just went in with a return, but next time I'd love to give them my business!

I have to say that we have always had great customer service from Macy employees. Today me and my daughter were looking for a new fragrance for her birthday. Raquel from the dior area came over and helped us. She gave such great suggestions and was very knowledgeable Thank you for all your help today Raquel!

So when I got here I went straight to the men's counter and told the lady I wanted to spend no more than $50. So Liz said we got Coach it's $62 thanks Liz for knowing your products.

F*** this stupid a** Macy's I order multiple pairs of Nike socks over a month ago not only did they send me the wrong sizes twice they finally send me a pair in the size I wear a the third time which wasn't the same item I bought. I wish I could select 0 stars give me my refund at this point

The workers there are super nice. It’s been so long since I’ve been in there even before COVID, but when I came back they were so kind helped out every single customer. Elizabeth helped me out super chill and super sweet. They need to give that girl a raise. Love this store will be returning for more obviously. :)

Horrible customer service. We ordered several dresses online while stores were closed. They got lost in the mail. It was a nightmare talking to customer service to get them reordered. We were told they had been reordered but weren't. We were told refund had been processed when it was not. Eventually got some dresses. We were returning ones that we did not want. Manager started YELLING at us in front of all the other customers, said that they would come find us. This was all Macy's fault for their poor customer service and she was threatening us! Wow! What happened to this company? In store and online service is ridiculous.

This is the worst company. There is a manager there named Gabby who is extremely unprofessional, and continually lies. I would NEVER recommend shopping at any Macy's, especially the one in Palmdale. Their employees are treated like trash. One person says one thing, and another person says another. Worst customer service ever, and they should not have employees like that working!!!!!
