I was hit about 1 month ago , My adjuster has not ONCE reached out to me to let me know whats going on . As the mattter of fact i had to call for her to tell me that i am at fault !! i was alone and i was hit by a couple obviously they are both going to say i hit them ; They left me carlees with my 5 daughters so freaking HELPLESS AT this point . To the man Rudoplh MORALES that hit me a big F*** YOU POS AND the passenger who was the registered owner i wish you both can be truthful you messed up and hit me , deal with the consequences instead of trying to screw me over . Deborah i hope if you all have kids no one ever hits them while driving and try and blame them . Ive never until this time had Fred Loya and really clearly the service im receiving sucks !!!

This place i do recommend, it's clean, the representative is very cordial, wears her mask. Signs about the requirements of the establishment is posted where you can't miss seeing it. The policy they sell is very good and nicely priced. Almost forgot, she's bilingual also....

I bought a car in April 2021. I got insurance through Fred Loya. At 1st they were so kind in helping me. One day while driving, a lady hit me. The 1st thing I did was notify my insurance "Fred Loya". I filed a claim. I got a lawyer because I was injured. My lawyer told me that I only have liability (which isn't true). My vehicle still isn't fixed. Fred Loya insurance has given me a hard time about getting my vehicle repaired. It's now September 2021 and my vehicle is still damaged. But Fred Loya still wants me to pay my premium. I don't have them as my insurance provider anymore but they keep calling me and asking me to come back. BTW, this was my 1st accident. I would not recommend them to anyone. They're a horrible business. They want my money but won't help me when I need them.

Got rear ended not my fault my insurance didn't even try to guide me along and help on simple issues on what to do it bad business car insurance companies make so much money can't believe they treated me like that cheap low down and dirty looking to change back to GEICO INS for extra $50 its worth to go back they always took care of me

Worst place, not professional AT ALL. If you call, they will keep acting like they’re transferring you even when they can’t, or they pretend they didn’t JUST talk to you when it’s clearly the same voice/person. Smh so irritating. “Get some professionals, get rid of these kids with attitudes that don’t know wth they’re doing!”

I have been with Fred loya for more than 15 years dating back to when I lived in El Paso, this small office is just like all the others with the green carpet. Always wanted to know why they have it at all their locations.
