I am disappointed with the management within this facility. On two separate occasions, I arrived to what I believed were scheduled appointments only for the nail tech to be servicing someone else. The second time I met with the nail tech, Nina, I asked if she could schedule me for a specific date, but when I arrived on that date, she reported she had forgotten and couldn't attend to me as she was with someone else. I was advised to call for any future appointments, which I did. They took down my information and I thought I was good to go, but again, Nina was busy on this second date and the other nail techs had their own appointments so no one was available to service me. I noticed nail techs prioritize appointments over walk-ins, so I really did make an effort to schedule something. But, I don't appreciate that they couldn't honor my appointments and/or implement a system that would avoid double booking because at the end of the day, I spoke directly with the nail tech I wanted to see about a date for an appointment and tried calling as they suggested, but none worked? Never going back here. On to find someone else...

They have since changed ownership and the work is subpar! Everything looks great when it's done but within a week at least 1 falls off...not breaks..just falls off! This go round 3 have fallen off in a week! I spend too much money to deal with that!

I went in March and my real nails are still messed up because he did such a horrible job on them. I'm wondering if they will ever go back to normal. So sad because I spent over $500 on mine and 4 daughters to get our nails done that night. This place is high NOT and I repeat NOT recommended. Chloe is nice but it's not worth it to have your nails messed up so badly and up. My acrylic was all lumpy and crooked.

I have done my nails here multiple times, it's a hit or miss. The staff is trained to push more services. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AS ADD ON ! I went in for a full set acrylic gel short. I hate it when I want a specific color and the nail tech insists on doing another color. Before I started the process, I chose my color and asked for clear nail tips and acrylic so my gel can get a milky white effect, THE NAIL TECH IGNORED MY REQUEST AND DID WHAT HE WANTED. When he went to get the gel he got another color and I told him that wasn't the color I had asked for and stated at the end he didn't have that color any more. That was a lie because I had my toes done there 3 days before with the same color. HE DIDNT EVEN ASK THE SHAPE I WANTED, AND CHARGED $10 EXTRA TO CLEAN CUTICLES ??? I said no thanks and was charged $65 FOR SHORT ONE COLOR ACRYLICS NO DESIGN !

Went in with the intentions of a full wax and aside from the fact that she was very aggressive during the wax and as she was pulling a strip i looked over and she re-dipped the same stick into the wax the whole time safe to say mid wax i asked for a bikini and refused to do the full Brazilian. Staff is extremely rude.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! I decided to come to this location because they close later in the evening but it was worst decision ever. I get there and they quickly deny me telling me to come back tomorrow. I was cool with it so as I was leaving they tell me to come back so I did. I tell them what I wanted and they told me it was going to take forever!! I simply wanted them to remove my dip powder and have them apply on regular polish . I told the lady straight up I can take my services elsewhere and she says no it’s ok it’s ok . She was rushing the whole time . She didn’t even paint my nails!!! she said the polish wasn’t going to stay because my nails were “too thin”. I don’t even know why she was buffing my hands which hurt by the way. she still charged me full price and decides to charged me an additional 10 dollars. I hope other people don’t experience what I did and they treat people with kindness .

I went to go get my lashes and Pedicure done & they did an ok job. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Everyone here is so kind!! It’s clean, they work fast, always answer their phone and the prices aren’t too bad! Their gel pedicure is $59 comes with everything, foot scrub, hot stones, wax, etc. I will be back :)Service: Pedicure

I asked for the $50.00 pedicure. At the end she said it was $70.00 I said $50. She said she asked me if I wanted gel pedicure. I said no gel she said yes. I settled for $60.00 and $2.00 charged because I used cc. Plus$10.00 tip. Just be aware if they asked u for any other dervice said it at loud No. Only the pedicure that is in the price card.

They treat you awful. Up charged me 5 dollars more than normal and tried to say I forgot. 30 dollars for nothing but just gel color. Absolutely insane the way they treat people and greet them with such disdain.

1st visit. Received pedicure and a full acrylic set. Staff was friendly and quick to help myself as well as others who entered. Pricing was reasonable and not a "surprise" at the end. Place seemed clean and had a nice esthetic. Will definitely be back.Services: Stiletto nails

I don't normally leave reviews but I think locals should be warned about this place. The good things are that it's a clean place and conveniently located, however they are way overpriced and not that good. I asked for the 'deluxe' manicure and pedicure, which is one step above the basic and should have cost $60. While I was sitting there, another woman was complaining that they had over charged her, which should have been a clue for me. The 'deluxe' manicure comes with a massage which is supposed to be relaxing, however the man who was doing my manicure was rubbing so hard and fast, it hurt. He also did that thing I hate where they don't polish the nail all the way to the cuticle, but leave about a 16th of an inch so when your nail barely grows out, it looks like crap and you need another manicure sooner. The woman who did my pedicure did the same thing, and two days later it already looks like I need another pedicure because of that gap between the cuticle and the polish. For my sub-par manicure and pedicure, it cost me a whopping $97. The manicure started to chip the next day, what a waste of time and money this was.

Was trying to get a last minute pedicure, really friendly when I called them but not too friendly in person. They also charge you me more at check out (additional extra fees I've never been charged for before). Not planning to go back.

If I could give this nail place a 0, I would. My sister and I had an appointment for 3:30. We were ignored and waited 45 minutes to be seen, still hadn't gotten seen so we left. So unprofessional. What's the point of making an appointment?? So frustrating! Like my time isn't as valuable as there's? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.
