Yoshani was rude, impolite, lacked proper customer service experience, and for sure lacked proper management skills. She behaved like I was at her mercy, threatened me, belittled me, and made me not wanting to do any business with Hertz anymore. She never could give me eye contact and was very unprofessional in handling a simple transaction. For a company like Hertz to keep such staffs greatly discourage me from booking from this company again. I have been a customer to Hertz for a very long time. It is very disappointing to deal with such incompetent, lacking emotional intelligence, badly trained people like Yoshani. She does not have the power to do anything yet she threatened to cancel my reservation because she could not provide me with a non EV Vehicle. I wonder why do they have 2 choices of manager’s special, one mentioning EV and the other nothing. Isn’t that redundant and creating issue for the customer. Your duty is to treat the customer right and accommodate the customer’s request. By keeping people like Yoshani in the frontline is like you don’t care about the customer. People in the frontline represent the face of your company and with Yoshani, you are greatly bringing down the face of Hertz. She needs proper training and proper education for a management job. You are just hiring anybody on the street and giving them a title. Brainless people with big tittles like Yoshani tend to think they are too powerful and give themselves too much importance. Keep in mind, Customer is King and you need to treat the customer like you want to be treated, not like trash. This is customer service 101!!!!!

I had such a great experience with this rental car company! Everything went smoothly, and the staff was professional and friendly. I especially want to recognize Shaunie for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to resolve a small issue quickly and made sure I was fully prepared for my next rental. I also really appreciated that she took the time to talk with me and answer all my questions—I never felt rushed or like “just another customer.” It’s rare to find someone who is not only efficient but also so genuinely helpful and kind. Because of her, I’ll definitely be renting here again. Thank you, Shaunie, for making the process stress-free and enjoyable!

Will never rent from here again, cars always need maintenance when you pick up, cars smell like smoke, never enough selection so basically you get what you get! I’m a loyal Gold member and rather switch to their competitors. So disappointed.

Should up to pick up my reserved SUV and it was not ready for pick up. Then I received a dirty vehicle. When I asked if they can get it washed or I was told that they don’t wash their cars. Horrible services, rundown dirty office. Not even an apology for the inconvenience.

This place does not wash their vehicles AT ALL. Two rentals and both vehicles were disgusting inside and out! Right after pickup I went straight to the car wash. Let’s not forget to mention all the dead bugs in the office. It’s like going to a low budget dirty hotel.

I have rented from hertz many times love that they partner with AAA.. easy reservation this last rental, I was charged nearly $200.00 for 1 day. Then was told I opted for coverage that was not clear. I am ok that the cars are rarely cleaned. But $200 for 1 day was complete robbery and I feel taken advantage of.
