This shop is a rip off Manuel the owner is full of himself thinking he is smarter then everyone not to mention the ridiculous diagnostic fee. On top of that they don't even fix your vehicle correctly be careful coming here if they feel like they can take advantage of you they will!! And when you leave a review I notice they always make excuses instead of maybe taking into consideration what you are complaining about and maybe fixing they're dam issue maybe if everyone is complaining about the same thing you should try changing something!!! Food for thought 🤔

The greatest error that I committed was taking my vehicle to this place. This has not been the first time that I have been taken advantage of financially at this location. They gave misleading information and did not fulfill their word in fixing my vehicle.

So I was referred by a co-worker to come to this place to replace my spark plugs and change my valve cover gasket set.This took place about 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I felt like my car was ready to cut off.I called my brother and told him what had happened 😳 and said take it back to them ask If they gad the spark plug the person Victor said no they don't do that , just put them in as is, the only way they would check is to diagnose the problem and the cost would be 165.00 plus the labor. If this had been a professional mechanic shop they would of have done that anyway, and I wouldn't have to be running back asking questions. That's what I get for coming over.Be careful what you ask for!!!!!!All good deals aren't good deals.

The owner Manuel is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. They fixed my car (that others had told me they wouldn't even work on because of its age) perfectly, and in only a few days. My highest recommendations for this shop.

If you need brake and light inspection don't come here go to auto pros in lancaster they are way less intimidating and it's cheaper so it's best to get a second opinion

I found this repair shop via Google, while on my way through town. My AC was not AC'ing. With a quick conversation, and a very reasonable priceed estimate, the team immediately got to work on my truck. No less then 1 hour later I was back on the road. Great conversation. I am completely happy with the services.

Hi Tech Auto is an excellent automotive shop, I can not recommend them enough. We broke down on the highway and got our car towed to their shop as they were closest. We had to spend the night in a hotel as we are from out of town and we met the mechanics the next morning. They were well aware of our situation and they were nothing but honest and helpful the entire time. They could have taken advantage of us but they are extremely honest. Numerous times went above and beyond to help us and make us comfortable. Our problem proved a little more difficult to find but they fixed our Honda CRV and we are forever grateful! Truly wish we lived in the area so they could be our regular mechanics. They are extremely professional, kind, and just offer an overall excellent service. Thank you Hi Tech !

Came in for a brake and light inspection. Ended up with issues with the nuts and bolts of the brakes and broken lights. My mechanic inspected everything before going there. Everything was running fine and now it's broken. Never going back again.
