“LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! They have the best ramune (Japanese soda pop)! And they have nice K-pop related things and Japanese stuff and the cashier was very friendly and welcoming! Great prices also! ?? I bought a BLACKPINK poster with stickers and it was only $20 bucks! It’s so nice!”
“The staff here were amazing. There was a storm coming up and naturally some customers were on edge . I came with a few others but didn't get anything so I waited by the checkout. I observed a few customers taking out their irritability with the storm on the employees. One in particular swore at this employee, walked out mid return, just appalling customer behavior. The employee handled it with absolute grace and calm. When. The next customer walked up, you could not tell she had just dealt with a rude person, she remained professional and made sure the customers had the best experience.
The only reason I gave 4 and not five stars was due to stock. There were lots of paints/paper craft, toys, yarn. But even then variety was not the best. I tried looking for candle supplies, specifically candle dye. Unfortunately they did not have any I saw.”
