Peter and Kristine are very helpful I took 2 TRAXXAS to the shop for tuning and they were happy to help and got them fixed the same day. When I arrived for pickup they went over everything that was done and even fixed small things at no additional fees. Highly recommend this place and will recommend to anyone to support our small businesses.”

“The staff here were amazing. There was a storm coming up and naturally some customers were on edge . I came with a few others but didn't get anything so I waited by the checkout. I observed a few customers taking out their irritability with the storm on the employees. One in particular swore at this employee, walked out mid return, just appalling customer behavior. The employee handled it with absolute grace and calm. When. The next customer walked up, you could not tell she had just dealt with a rude person, she remained professional and made sure the customers had the best experience.The only reason I gave 4 and not five stars was due to stock. There were lots of paints/paper craft, toys, yarn. But even then variety was not the best. I tried looking for candle supplies, specifically candle dye. Unfortunately they did not have any I saw.”

“LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! They have the best ramune (Japanese soda pop)! And they have nice K-pop related things and Japanese stuff and the cashier was very friendly and welcoming! Great prices also! ?? I bought a BLACKPINK poster with stickers and it was only $20 bucks! It’s so nice!”

“I recently needed some hard-to-find fabric glue, so I stopped by this Michaels location. It was a few weeks before Oct 31, and they had a big (50% off) sale on the cutest Halloween decorations and supplies. I'm usually not into seasonal decor, but I couldn't resist and picked up several items. An employee stocking shelves was so kind and helpful - we chatted a bit, and she found the glue I needed. I was delighted that they had it in stock. The cashier who rang me up was also sweet and considerate - even though there was a line of customers waiting behind me, she carefully wrapped my fragile glass candle holders in bubble wrap to keep them safe. I'm genuinely impressed with this store and its awesome employees and looking forward to visiting again soon!”
