Staff is always friendly and helpful. John, who was moving stuff in the garden department, made me laugh as I was having adhd whilst looking for items for a project. A gentleman from the counter in the lumber area helped me find wood stakes, load them, provided helpful tips, and helped wheel lots of stakes to the register as I was alone.

Customer service sucks. Asked multiple employees where an item was and no one knew what or where this item was. Ended up looking online myself to find the aisle and bay number.

The service here absolutely sucks! I waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me find a particular screw for a desk. I asked 5 different people, and they kept saying that they would send someone over, but they didn't come. I just about had to drag someone over. Don't bother going there unless you know exactly what you need.
