The service here absolutely sucks! I waited over 20 minutes for someone to help me find a particular screw for a desk. I asked 5 different people, and they kept saying that they would send someone over, but they didn't come. I just about had to drag someone over. Don't bother going there unless you know exactly what you need.

This Home Depot is at a good location and they have a big selection of items, but I am compelled to write a glowing review for this branch because of the exceptional service we recently received during two recent trips to this store. This was all because of an extraordinary associate, Fernando, whose dedication and expertise elevated our shopping experience to new heights. From the moment my parents and I entered the store, Fernando stood out as a paragon of customer service. Not only did he greet us warmly, but he also took it upon himself to guide us through the aisles, transforming what could have been a mundane shopping trip into a memorable journey. His commitment to ensuring our satisfaction was evident as he patiently answered questions, offered valuable advice, and demonstrated an unparalleled level of product knowledge. What truly distinguished Fernando for us was his unwavering commitment to our needs. I recently had a custom color match in Palmdale, but I needed a paint that was not stocked yet so they sent with my custom color match label to get the 5 gallon paint mixed in Lancaster store. Unfortunately Lancaster mixed a totally different color than the label said, I was told to take it up with Palmdale since they did the color match. I returned to Palmdale where I met a gentleman named Corey. Corey handled my issue with great compassion and empathy. He truly cared about what had happened. Even though he did not do the color match or mix the paint, he was trying to find everyway to help me get what I needed. He went to his manager to see how he could help. Unfortunately he could not take the return for the paint because I bought & mixed it in Lancaster store. He custom color matched for me again, then sold me a new 5 gallon bucket correct color at a generous discount for my peace of mind, when he didn’t have to do that. James the manager, has a true gem in Corey. He cares about his job and truly has the best customer service! Also, thanks to James for working to resolve my issue, I will never shop at Lancaster store again.

So I went to the home depot store on Ave. P this afternoon (arounf 5 pm). Here is my experience: 1). I need a 2x10x10 but no one was at the lumber yeard to help. I tried to load the lumber myself and resulted injuried my finger (bleeding). 2). No cart available nearby. I had to go all the way to parking lot to get one. 3). Finally, I was ready to checked out but was told the one at the lumber yard was closed. I had to carry my 2x10x10, along with other items I plan to buy to the self check out area. At this point, I decided this place is not worth my business. I left without buying anything. Maybe they don't even care of my business. On my way home, I stopped by the Lowe's on Ave P, found my items; multiple carts lineup along the lumber area; a young gentleman helped me load the lumber, checkout right at the lumber area. Costed me about 15 mins. You be the judge which store offers better service and I will go to in the future.

I received an estimate of $5,000 for a small bathroom and small laundry room to install tile flooring.UNBELIEVABLE to say the very least. The person that came out to measure this small area reported these 2 areas are 450sf, which isn’t the case.How you Home Depot would do business with any flooring contractors that would gouge your customers.You need to find out why they would charge me $3600 in labor to do these 2 rooms.This is my 5 issue with Home Depot. The first issue was I paid for flooring and they delivered to my home the wrong flooring.The second issue was that I paid for some to come to my office to measure for flooring at my office, after they measured I never received an estimate and several trips to back to the store to inquire about the estimate I finally was told that they didn’t do commercial carpeting.I requested that the store Manager call me and to this date I have not received a call back or a response.I have spent so much money at Home Depot and they truly don’t care about my issues.What has customers service come to these days?I think I will start to spend my money at Lowe’s
