I love this store. It has a lot of affordable beautiful items. I try not to go in because I fund too many nice things that I can't put down. I wish that their clearance items were better organized. A good amount of items are broken or missing something.

Nice store with beautiful items from different countries, you can find everything for your home and office, even furniture. The prices are kind of high.
The customer service is great.

1st time going there. The place has tons of things I liked . You can spend a long time browsing. I didn't like how small it was though to get thru aisles. Very small space . 2 carts don't do well trying to pass or turn a corner. Probably best to shop at slower shopping times. I did find great gifts . Had a somewhat of a Ross vibe but without the clothes and a Lil higher in price but good quality.

I was in the store with my sister today when we came across two dog strollers in the pet section. They both had a price tag of $11.99 and we both thought it’s was great since we each have a dog. As I was about to pay I hear an associate tell my sister that the price on the stroller was wrong and that it was actually $70. I then intervened and asked why she couldn’t honor it because they were both priced the same. She said that those strollers were expensive in other places, what does that matter when we come to homegoods for better prices to begin with. The associate was very rude and mean, she claimed she could only honor the price for one of us but not both of us because that is the “law”. She was really acting like the price of the stroller was coming out of her paycheck. I left the store because I was so upset. I then came back to ask if I can get the number for the district manager but she had already made another associate remove the tag to put the higher price. She didn’t provide me with the district manger’s phone number just the corporate but I’ve truly never seen such rude customer service. If the items were priced wrong, that’s not the customer’s fault and the store should be willing to honor the price for the mistake that they made.
