“I'm so tired of tattoo shops and artists and their friends and relatives spreading false rumors about Claire's because we almost didn't go. My daughter's friend at school told her she had a great experience at Claire's so I did some research on my own and loved the FAQ section on their website. We went today and spoke with one of the most friendliest and knowledgeable people we have met in a long time that wasn't just trying to make sale. Her name is Delia and we loved being able to talk with her about the ear piercing process. Claire's does not use a piercing gun and they are cleaner than any tattoo shop you go to. I feel if you want a tattoo shop go to a tattoo shop, if you want to take your kids to pierce their ears or any other piercings Claire's can do, you go to Claire's! Delia directed us to their Sister store Icing also in the same mall (across from b&b works) since they had the piercing starter kit we were looking for and recommended Giselle stating they are all licensed, trained and knowledgeable to be able to work there. Our daughter started to change her mind about getting her ear pierced when she got in the chair because she was scared but Giselle was so patient with her (&us). We got to see Giselle also providing great customer service to other shoppers as well. We had such an amazing experience and we'll be back because their stores are a shopper's dream, full of tons of products and discounts given with friendly service. I highly recommend Claire's and Icing!”
