“I ordered a white 14k gold chain. I picked up the chain, but I didn't really look at it when I picked it up. I got home and did I not look at it for a few days and when I finally did, I thought that the chain looked dirty and old. I kept thinking this does not look right. I bought some jewelry cleaner and sure enough the cloth ran with dark dirt lines, I couldn't get the chain clean. I then looked at the clasp and it looked like there was a dark spot on it, so I kept wiping it, it wouldn't come off. I took a picture with my phone and blew it up and there was a nick in the medal. Needless to say... the chain definitely isn't new like I ordered. I took the chain back to William Jewelers and I explained to Nick about the chain and he looked at it and agreed that there were defects in the chain and he ordered me a new one! Thank you Nick for helping me and for fixing the problem.”
