Long line, the waiting time really bad only one cashier attending. They really need more staff to assist them in case the line is long. especially at sales events.

Hotter then hell in this store, 40 outside 80+ inside with heater still running. By the time I rushed through the store was sweaty and gross, not a welcoming or comfortable shopping experience. Mentioned to manager and she stared at us no response.

This craft store carries many of my needs, The workers are always so helpful.. they always seem to have some kind of sale which makes me return an buy .. there are two other stores that carry craft stuff but Joann's is by far much better for me!!!

I arrived at 8:55pm and they had the door locked and the employees and the security guard who were visible completely ignored me. I came to get a thermal fabric for my son’s room since tonight will be 28-32°. But the associated could care less. I recorded them ignoring me and having a locked door. I do not recommend this place. Lacks professionalism and shows EAGERLESSNESS to help a customer at the AGREED hours marked by their corporation.

Love the yarn selection they have. Great variety unlike some other craft stores. They always have deals so you save some bucks. I docked 1 star simply because if you order online, they will cancel it and sell the item that you bought to someone at the store. Online should have a priority considering you already paid for the items.

For the second time now they last minute canceled my online order. Then I get there and find exactly what I ordered. The cashier was very nice but boy this place was trashed. Where they keep the orders piled on the ground and where she directed me to look for the item were so dangerous. This place is a liability and hazard.

This run-down store really needs to be remodeled. Customer service is hit or miss. Today when I was there it looked like the custom frame counter has been closed. It's sad, since this is the only Joann's that I know of within about 40 miles.
