Will most definitely come back to shop at the kids journeys here in the AV. Been to many stores and this has been the best so far! I got helped out by a girl name Asia she was very welcoming and her energy was vibrant. She had much patience with me especially since the shoes I wanted to get my niece weren't available. She gave great customer service and I appreciate her so much for her going out of her way to find something similar to what I originally wanted. Looking forward to buying from her again!

I went in to buy two pairs of shoes and the salesperson Abe was great he was new you could tell but nervous but he did awesome job and then as I was walking out the store I had realized I forgot to use my coupon and the store manager doesn't hesitate to help me out and go above and beyond start manager Ashley and sales associate you guys rock

They do have a quite collection of shoes. Well organized and fully stocked. The sales associate is welcoming and helpful. She is knowledgeable about their products. I checked their Dr. AirWair Marten's display. And I was surprised with their prices. It is way affordable than the online site I browsed a day earlier. I would definitely come back and spend more time.

I absolutely hate calling a store '& bugging to see if they have any inventory in the back & all those annoying questions about low stock items but Devin (sorry if I spelled ur name wrong), was so sweet enough to be patient with me on the phone while trying to look for a certain shoe that I was only able to describe & she was such a HUGE help!! She literally went the extra mile to do her own research on what shoes I was in search for & that was super rad of her. CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE HERS DONT COME AROUND OFTEN, TREAT YA EMPLOYEES GOOD & GIVE HER A RAISE

Honestly don’t buy anything in store here. Shift Leads walk all over the sales associates and make them do all their shipment while they make their goals, then scold them for not reaching the dollar amount goal for the week. How is a sales associate with 3 hours a week supposed to reach a sales goal if their entire time spent clocked in, they are in the back doing the shift leads job?! This place treats their sales associates so poorly and unless you are a shift lead you do all the hard work and still get in trouble. It’s not fair to the people that work here and that’s why I REFUSE to shop in this store and only online. Worst company to work for and shop for. Do better. Shift leads…DO YOUR JOBS! PUT AWAY SHIPMENT YOURSELF! Don’t rely on the people who are there for 3 hours a week to do something that you have all week and long shift hours to accomplish. Absolutely pathetic. I hope this reaches a higher up there.

I give the store a 4. The customer service was good. Unfortunately their website inventory doesn't match the actual stores inventory. They were kind enough to order the shoe for me in store. Definitely would use them again for my future shoe needs. Just make sure you call and check the status of their inventory before going to the store.

I showed up 10 mins before they closed They staff was so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond. I bought my first pair of Doc Martin's. I will definitely return due to the great customer service
