I went to many different mechanics and they all quoted over $1,000 in repairs to fix my BMW X3. No many people knows how to fix BMWs. I brought it here and Hector was kind enough to inspect my vehicle at the moment. He found the issue in minutes and even showed me what the issue was. He fixed it in less than 1hr and the issue went away total cost under $100 since it was just a damaged hose. His honesty made me a customer. After 4 years I am still a customer, I have never had any bad experience with at the shop. If you have issues with what is found to be wrong with your car talk to him in person first he will try to help you out I think he always helps me I bring my 3 vehicles here and he even referred me to someone else to fix a damaged muffler on an old car I have

This guy is hilarious you go to him. He has some bad attitude then he says his air compressor is not working just I hope your customers come on bro treat your customers respect thanks to them. You eat it. You wanna kick out your customer just by telling them, you’re stuck the work show more respect more professionalism to your customers your attitude is gonna make you lose customers. I won’t recommend this place to no one to come and get their service done they might even lie to you.

Be careful coming here. Avoid this place and its mechanics. It will cost you over a 1000. I took my car for just a regular oil change. The mechanic came back said my car has engine leak. Told me they can do it for 1300. I saw them being weird when they were changing oil. It's a one man's job and I saw 5 men joined in wich was odd. I can swear the problem was made by them on purpose.

Please do not come here. At first I tought it was just a coincidence but after they did the same thing to my 3rd car it became obvious. So be careful. The mechanics here damage your car on purpose so they can come tell you something is wrong with your car and it's gonna cost you over a thousand. So I guess they didn't recognize me. I took my car for oil change and afterwards my car started having an issue. Then I took my sons car for again oil change a year later and the same issue happened to his. I still didnt think nothing of it. A bit ago I took one of my new cars. I was going to go somewhere else but ended up here because I was in a hurry. They overcharge by the way. Anyways told me I had the same issue as my other 2 cars and that's when I noticed they did it again. Either way I didn't fix the issue with them. There sneaky. They know how to quickly work together to cause this issue I don't want to mention and come back tell you your car needs fixing. My son saw them this last time. When we left he told me. Mom they did something to your car. I said I had a feeling they did. Thats just wrong. People work hard for there money for people like this place to steal it from you. Note... my cars have always had maintenance on time elsewhere with no problem. Only when I come here my car has an issue.

The only reason why I went to Jay’s brakes and auto repair is because my mechanic what is out of town. I did not know what was wrong with my car so they put it to the monitor drove it around. The block came back and said it will be about $1800, something with the engine I politely said no thank you and came to get my car. They lost my key. I had an extra key so I came up and they still. Wanted to charge me for the diagnosis or to make a new key even though they lost my key. I said no thank you. And when I to the shop to get my car, they were not here. I had to wait one hour. After receiving my car from Jay’s brakes and auto repair my driver side door does not close properly, some of the pieces were missing to move the seat forward and backwards, and I finally took the car to my normal mechanic and it was a $300 job. There was nothing wrong with my engine. Absolutely nothing I feel that they were extremely unprofessional and either didn’t know what they were doing or just blatantly tried to rip me off. How are you prize everyone in Palmdale Lancaster, Little Rock Lake LA Mojave to find someone else to go to you will be better off shame on Jay’s break an auto repair.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

*Don't waste your money.* This company this auto repair shop is a total scam This is the worst service I've ever used. The mechanics and the whole company is highly unreliable. After they fix the engine problem my car was experience my engine sound like a diesel lawnmower. They made the problem worse put 1800 + tax of my money. If I can give them no star I will this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Services: Auto maintenance

DO NOT GO HERE !! They are a scam! They let my car sit for over a month and it took 2 days to fix when I got my car back there was a even bigger problem with my car and now they are trying to over charge me for a problem that they made this is a shop full of shady mechanics! DO NOT GO HERE !!
